Disappointing

I paid for unknown room type and got room 620. Would have liked a view but accept it was an error on my part when booking

The location great Payed parking. Limited internet access. Got charged for having a 3rd device connected to the internet, my room had 4 people

We arrived Wednesday evening after a delayed flight, having already completed mobile check-in via the kiosk to save time before dinner reservations. When we got to our room, we immediately discovered we had not been given the room type we booked. We went back downstairs with our luggage and were met by a front desk agent who told us he was unable to accommodate the room we had reserved. Instead, we were placed in what felt like the worst room available, a handicap-accessible room with a poor view, despite neither of us requiring accessible accommodations. With dinner reservations already running late, we had no choice but to get ready and go. The following morning, I stopped at the front desk on my way to the gym at 7 AM and was told a more appropriate room could be ready by 11 AM. I went to the gym in the meantime, which was visibly outdated and partially under construction. We packed up our belongings, waited for the room change, and while the new room had a better view, our enthusiasm at that point was understandably gone. To make matters worse, the sink in the new room was leaking, the floor was dirty, and there was trash left behind from previous guests. Room was nice except for the view which was trash. When the agent asked if I wanted to upgrade my room I had no clue the view was going to be nothing but the backside of the hotel.

Great location if you are planning on spending a lot of time walking the strip. Very nice and clean rooms!

Stayed at the Planet Hollywood for Jeezy concert. Hotel was nice, room was spacious with a nice bathroom. I enjoyed the casino atmosphere, food options and the miracle mile shops!

It was okay for a short stay

The location is good, nearby the fountain. The parking lot is inside the mall and quite far from the hotel lobby. The directions and signage were unclear, which made it inconvenient to navigate.

Location only. Faucet is broken but works. No slipper no water not enough light in the room. Walking from Parking to hotel is long and need to pass shopping mall.

Great toom size, mattresses and helpful staff Rough around the edges, need some updates and basic repairs in rooms

We spoke to several casino staff that were friendly and recommended places to go along our travels . Prices and so busy
