Clean room, easy access

The staff and location were nice but they incorrectly charged us for minibar items and have not been helpful with removing them.

They charge for early check in

Excellent hotel with perfect location on the strip. We upgraded and got the view of the fountains and the Eiffel Tower which was excellent. Very good property.

Everything was amazing

The carpet of the room , the elevators , the hallways, the windows of the rooms are very dirty I paid more for an upgrade for the Tower Eiffel view and I didn't enjoy, because I couldn't see it clearly because the dirty windows. Also I was expecting spend time in the pool and I couldn't the pool was closed. So I feel very disappointed and regret to stay at Paris Hotel. I took the rates through Expedia but I end up paying double from the original price.

Lots of smoke smell

The Paris Hotel is great! The only complaint I have is that if you're a family with teenage kids, there is no area to sit down with them later in the evening where the adults can have a drink and the "kids" can have a soda. A lot of the restaurants will be closed and everywhere else are bar areas for only people 21 years and older. It was suggested to buy beverages at a kiosk and find an open seat in the fast-food area- not really fun if you're with friends and their teenage kids and want to end your day with a chat and a last drink.

Clean room

It is a very nice property. The pancakes and bacon at cafe Americano are very good and the raisin rolls at the little bakery by the registration desk is too. They are at a good location for walking. I hate the ride share and third party food delivery area is so far away from the rooms and not all restaurants in the hotel have room service. I also wish they had more entertainment. I would most definitely stay at the hotel again the spa was great, the rooms nice, clean and quiet, the pool was nice.

Need to update a little. Windows really dirty as well. But still love it

We had a good experience.

We booked a room in the Versailles tower not aware/knowing that it is as far away from the Paris amenities as you can get. They should just tell you you are staying at the Horseshoe, b/c basically that’s what it is- renovated rooms above the horseshoe casino. I tried to switch our room to be in the main tower, but was told that d/t the WSOP, no rooms were available. Lesson learned- if you don’t want to be far from the Paris restaurants and amenities, be sure to book in the main tower. We will probably book a different for our next visit.

I stayed at several properties on the Strip. This one was just ok. No coffee maker in the room and no water provided, so we ended up buying bottles and coffee. Not impressed!
