Dirty family pool

Friendly staff, clean room. We just passing thru.

We use the family pool in the afternoon and they didn’t have any clean towels. There was no staff around to help us. We ate at the Borracho restaurant good flavor, cold food. We bought a pizza and it was horrible, the only good place to eat there is Smashburger.

Room was disgusting. Blood stains on both beds. Splatter on doors and walls. Boogers on the walls. Dirty countertop. Had to call three times to get the sheets changed. When they finally came to change the sheets at 6:30pm, they left the old sheets in the hallway outside our room door for the whole day. Rooms are way overpriced priced for what you get. Better options out there.

The room smelled like piss and was barely cleaned from the people before. Overall it was just an ok experience there. The beach was cool but would have been nice if they opened on time at 10am for our reservation for the umbrella rather than 1030 even though the beach opened at 9. Makes no sense having to wait especially in the heat for a $400 palapa that I rented for the day.

Siempre volveré me encanta hospedarme en su hotel Harrah’s

From the moment we arrived, the property felt outdated, neglected, and poorly managed. Our room was dirty, muggy, and in desperate need of renovation. The entire hotel feels like a very old property that has not been properly maintained in years. One of the biggest issues was the complete lack of basic hotel services. The property repeatedly ran out of pool towels and were incredibly slow to replenish them. It's unacceptable for a hotel of this size to leave guests waiting for essentials. The customer service was equally disappointing. The front desk staff consistently acted like they didn't want to be there. Every interaction felt like an inconvenience to them rather than an opportunity to help a guest. To make matters worse, I became sick after eating a burger at Smashburger on the property. Whether it was food handling or preparation, it completely ruined the remainder of our trip. I was also shocked to learn there is no room service. When I called the front desk to ask how to order room service, I was simply told to use DoorDash. For a major casino resort, that response was unbelievable and speaks volumes about the level of service guests can expect. The dining experience didn't improve elsewhere. Range Steakhouse was awful and nowhere near the quality or value you would expect from a casino

Overall the property was pretty decent. We did ask for a room facing the river, but received one that had a partial view of the river and mostly of the parking lot. It was our 35th Wedding anniversary and that was something that we really looked forward to. Description of the rooms are very misleading. Cost of food at the restaurants were more than the other properties and therefore, we ate at other properties more. Cost of drinks at the beach were extremely ridiculous !!!!!!! We left the beach because of that. We did not have the celebration that we were expecting.

The stay was very nice . Room beds were comfy like home and was cleaned nicely. The motel beach access was the best experience and we would come back any time. Starbucks on site was a major PLUS ❤️🙌. Very kid friendly too which with our grandkids was great and made a difference. The food was ok but we didn’t starve so it worked out.

I love it
-
Hotel room was nasty, ac did not work, no hot water and the door to our room slams so hard it will kill you.
-
This place was good, room was pretty standard but as expected. The pool was nice but having the private beach was really the best part. It's out of the way from other hotels and casinos so you need to drive or catch the water taxi but wasn't a problem.

First and last time. I paid extra for a river view and I didn’t get one. The room was dirty. I asked to be moved they couldn’t accommodate us. Very disappointed.
