The hotel didn’t provide clean towels. They told us for two days towels were being washed and there was a shortage. I’ll never stay there again.

They provide very little information—they don't tell you the breakfast hours—and there is a smell of marijuana, a dirty pool, and a lot of noise in the hallways. There are about three other hotels right next to this one; I would give them a try. I wouldn't stay here again.

When I arrived at property around 4:30 pm, I had to wait an hour or more to get a clean room.

This was supposed to be an anniversary celebration and the experience has been extremely disappointing so far. Still waiting to hear back from the hotel.

I gave poor ratings…because per the hotel…Expedia is a horrible 3rd party….according to them YOU all change my check out date & I had to pay for another night. The hotel staff said you had not paid them….im not sure where the problem actually lies, but someone owes me a night stay.

The outside of the hotel doesn’t look like much. But the rooms are great, right on the river. The bath tub was my favorite.

I reserved two rooms at the Hilton Garden Stonecrest location, and the property itself was very quiet and clean. The location is great as it is located in walking distance to the mall, several food options, and shopping options. The deck and bar staff at this location were very friendly and had great customer service. My first room was quiet and clean, but there were a couple of issues that were faced with the second room. The rooms door did not lock properly, the toilet needed to be plunged or something, and the chair in the room smelled like urine. When the issues were reported, the staff immediately provided a different that was much better. The ice machine on the floor also did not work. Overall the stay was good, and I would definitely book again.
