My stay was excellent from start to finish. The check-in process was quick and seamless, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Angela at the front desk was especially helpful, by helping us check in early and ensuring I had everything I needed. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, making for a very pleasant experience. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is worn in the lobby and in the rooms. Most chairs have stains on them in both the lobby and the rooms. The pillows and beds were not at the quality that you expect from a Westin or Marriot. The biggest issue we experienced is that we were told there was a shuttle that ran back and forth tot he Metra station. I called and discussed with the front desk to confirm that it existed. The hotel staff was very vague when we got there about a schedule or how to take advantage. One morning we made reservations with the bellman the night before, he put it in the system and showed us. The next morning when we went done to get in the shuttle we were told that that the shuttle driver did not start for two more hours. It was 15-20 dollars to go to the train station. We had two rooms for three nights so I am very unhappy with the situation. The front desk could care less.
