Embassy Suites by Hilton Los Angeles International Airport North

The front desk agent who checked us in was super friendly. When we checked into our room there was no bottled water in the room. When we went to the front desk, they gave us 4 bottled waters and apologized and said we could get additional water the next day. The next morning we came back from our walk and the front desk agent who was there gave us two additional waters, but informed us that water was not "daily" for guests. So which is it? We had a coffee maker in our room, but no bottled water to make coffee. But....overall we enjoyed our stay. The happy hour was nice, the ease of ordering food because we were too tired to go out and the breakfast was good. The room/hotel itself is a little run down and could definitely use a renovation/face lift. We would stay here again because it was convenient to/from the airport and Sofi Stadium and the hotel/room was clean.

Staff was extraordinary attentive and professional. It was obvious that they were there to serve their guests.

Basic low end hotel with lackluster check in, super uncomfortable bed and wildly expensive self serve "market" where you can buy the worlds most expivensive snacks ($11 for a bottle of water). Thiis hotel should be renamed to something more appropriate like The Dismal Rip Off".

Rooms were clean, breakfast was great, staff was very helpful & very comfortable!

The amenities were also wonderful and added a lot to the overall experience. The suite was spacious and clean, giving me plenty of room to relax and unwind. I especially appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which offered a great variety and made mornings easy and enjoyable. The evening reception was another nice touch and created a relaxing atmosphere after a long day. The hotel itself felt well-kept and comfortable, with thoughtful extras that made the stay feel worth it. I also liked how convenient everything was, from the layout of the room to the overall ease of getting around the property. It was the kind of place where you could really settle in and feel at home. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay at Embassy Suites. The combination of helpful staff, wonderful amenities, and a comfortable atmosphere made it a great experience. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel that offers both comfort and great service.

Worst hotel I have ever been to. Specially the staff.

The bread for breakfast was moldy. The rooms A/C didn’t work . We were provided a fan to accommodate that only had low setting . The tub had mold . The only way to have housekeeping was to stop a housekeeper if you saw them and asked to be clean your room. The refrigerator had a leak that made the floor wet . Breakfast was the same everyday. The staff was rude . Don’t book here

Breakfast was good. The hotel is near the Kia Forum and the airport.

Spacious rooms, very clean Ice machine on our floor wasn’t working, we were given wrong time for breakfast, so missed out by 1/2 hour, asked if it was possible to get a juice, was told I could buy one from vending machine

Breakfast was also very ordinary. I would not stay in the hotel in my life. I would not recommend this hotel. For the price I paid, I cpould easily find a better hotel with better customer service and respect.

Nice stay would definitely stay here again. Super nice staff very clean, comfortable beds.

Exceptional

The Embassy Suites model is quite good, with large 2 room suites, hot breakfasts which includes made to order omelettes, and a happy hour (where they gave us generous pours!) Great location near airport. Lots of parking in indoor garage. Parking getting expensive here and other LAX hotels. Website said $49. Recently raised to $69/nite. When I pointed this out they only charged me the $49/nite.
