Other than the parking not being included we had a nice stay. It would have been perfect if they didn’t charge for parking since you’re staying at their hotel!

The room was very clean and well maintained. I was very pleased with everything that the studio room came equipped with. The lobby was very nice and inviting. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and able to answer all of my questions about that parking garage. The parking garage is under surveillance and shared with the police department, so very safe for me and my vehicle! Parking is $20 a car. Would definitely stay again!

Love my stay here. It was like being at home. The staff was very helpful and polite. Everything was clean and well kept.

I wish there were more Ev chargers on property. Only 1 worked, the other was broken.

This property had a lot of strange odor. Our original room had an off odor (sort of like dog) and the receptionist was able to get us into another room. The second room still had an odor but at this point we decided to live with it. The lobby had an overpowering fragrance odor that could not avoided. It kind of made us wonder if they were trying to cover up some other bad odors. The rooms were clean except the floors were very dirty. Dirty floors were evident in the hallways and elevators as well. The rooms were tastefully decorated but some of the under cabinet lights were not working. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel.

The location was great for what we wanted - a visit to the Louisville Slugger museum. The wifi was down and we were only able to get one key.

Awesome staff , clean

The breakfast was the highlight of our stay, fresh, well-stocked, and much better than expected. The only thing that could be improved is the parking. The parking garage was a bit of a walk from the hotel, which was slightly inconvenient when we needed to get something from the car. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely stay here again.

When the male brought up a key to switch rooms, he warned “if you’re complaining about the noise on that side, the sound on this side will be worse,” when he showed that room, NO SURPRISE, there lay earplugs in that room too. I expected at least a conversation at checkout. ‘How was your stay’? I even recorded the sound to play, if they asked…they didn’t! …CRICKETS!!!!!! The absolute WORSE stay ever! I will not return, and unless you can sleep through 1:30-2:30am roaring motorcycles, loud sounding cars, sirens and the late night (well after “quite hours”) parties outside, RUN to another property! Property itself was good, breakfast was decent, if you catch it early. Wish I could have enjoyed it.

Great stay! Rooms were comfortable, spacious and well-maintained. Check-in was a breeze and parking convenient. The well stocked bar was an unexpected plus. I can’t imagine a better value in downtown Louisville.

Rooms and hotel were clean, breakfast was good. The night manager said parking would be about $25 because we were only there for 14 hours and the morning manager charged us $50 for parking.
