Bella Vista Hotel & Suites

I booked this for my parents from CT, and I had always thought it was high quality(but I had never stayed there) so my thought was this is the best option for them. The blue paint they used in the pool came off and left blue stains on everyones feet (and my kids knees). The 4ft deep sign literally was a sticker peeling off and ended up just floating in the pool! The hotel room had an electric outlet hanging out of the wall, a pedestal sink with nowhere for mom to put her makeup bag, and AC problems etc. Many other issues. Just a major disappointment for 540$. very sad.

We love everything about Bella Vista! The staff is amazing facilities are clean and comfortable. Pool area is awesome and so is the outdoor sitting area. Nothing

Nice curb appeal, entry way was clean, pool was nicely maintained. Room was large, not much furniture but very clean and quiet. Staff were all personable. Breakfast was typical for these hotels, for me not very appealing as I do not eat scrambled eggs and bacon was very greasy. I am not staying at these hotels for the breakfast so it was adequate for a start to the day with a stop for lunch afterwards.

Nice quiet area. Perhaps the TV in the rooms. Apparently OTA for local stations and then streaming for other content. Took me awhile to figure out.

It was excellent!! Beautiful area, beautiful hotel and beautiful staff. Enjoyed our time very much. The new restaurant was awesome. Food was amazing, staff was awesome and prices were so reasonable! Location was great. Room was clean. Wifi never worked. Pool was 55degrees and no sign saying heater was broken. Shower was wierd where the head was on the side of the shower snd water sprayed out the whole time. Only 1 roll of toliet paper in room.

The luxury king suite with full kitchen and private bedroom with huge double walk in shower and washer dryer combo unit. Our check in was efficient and welcoming. The indoor pool was huge. The restaurant and breakfast area was very large. Water to enjoy at our convenience. This hotel was close to the wedding venue for us. The living room and kitchen was open and TV in both rooms very nice.Staff was very compassionate to our concerns. Maids were so nice So we had many issues with the room. We started with no toilet paper in whole suite. No dishes,pots or other items in the kitchen. The maids quickly gave us the toilet paper and extra towels. We had wedding curriculum that kept us busy. Next morning I went for early coffee and waited for room to open at 7am. The coffee was horrible and oily and tasted like it was reheated from the day before. Other couples had gone out for the coffee warned us how bad it was. Maybe an upgrade of coffee and offering it in lobby would be a great idea. The buffet was good but also warned that they run out of food quickly and don't refill the buffet. Lastly we used the washer unit and it leaked water all over the bathroom and my husband actually found that the drain pipe was not connected! He was able to fix it as we needed our clothes that were inside the locked washer. It took until the next day for the clothes to wash and to dry completely, which was very hard on us. Staff apologized and were so nice about the whole issue. Maybe a stay in another room, with working things as this room should have been ready for us,or not available!

Everything was excellent except what we were charged for that week.

Our room was excellent!! the breakfast room may be should be a little brighter, like the rest of the hotel.

The front desk staff were fantastic! I really appreciate how nice & helpful they were. The restaurant was also great. And I’ve seen complaints about the breakfast but I thought the breakfast was fine. It was VERY noisy. I could hear the TV from the room across the hall all night long. The room right above me was playing music very loudly. And I could hear the conversations in h the room next door as if we were in the same room. The rooms could also use a mirror outside the bathrooms. There’s a lot of empty wall space for a mirror. Also, a place to fill up a water bottle. The room where the ice machine is has a lot of room for vending machines and a water cooler. Really, my stay would’ve been fantastic if it weren’t for all the noise. I could barely sleep. And there aren’t any phones in the rooms to call the front desk about it.

The stay was excellent. Location was great, staff was very friendly, room was very spacious and breakfast was great.
