Location Breakfast Some of the staff Cleanliness. Multiple hairs in the shower, brown stuff all over the walls in the room, small tv that didn’t move, lack of decoration in room, bathroom door looked to be falling appart at the bottom. Had an incident where we needed new bedding on our bed. We asked the staff at 8am and was told that they will change them immediately and to strip our bed and put bedding in the hallway. 4 hours later and we still did not have bedding. We asked the staff again for a time estimate and was told they needed to wait on check outs so they can wash the sheets and give us new ones. I guess they didn’t have extra bedding to put on the bed? In the same conversation, another staff member said they were sorry and would personally put new bedding on immediately. She didn’t come by til 2 hours later.

Professional and courteous staff. Knowledgeable about area. Bathroom hardly had room to set down in. Had to stand between tub and toilet to close door. This was a negative issue for me. Don't know if all bathrooms were the same.

Hotel is great. We’ve stayed here several times. Only issue we had was that one floor smelled like pot which isn’t really the hotel’s fault.
