Great place

Clean ….. great location

We opted to stay here because we have three kids who love to swim only to check in and find out the pool was closed.

Nice room, friendly staff, great breakfast. All it need are EV chargers.

All was as expected or better!

We stay here every yr in May to visit our kids. We travel alot and this is 1 of the best motels. Shanna was extremely nice and helpful. All of the staff are so pleasant. Everything is very clean and well maintained. Looking forward to seeing them again next year

Best rooms I been in a while

The rooms were clean and very close to shopping and restaurants! Perfect for our stay!

Upon departure, I like to stop by the front desk to confirm there are no additional charges on my room and to request a printed receipt. In the past at another property, I experienced an issue where my card was charged for a room that had been paid for with reward points, so I prefer to double-check before leaving. When I arrived at the front desk, I noticed the staff member was assisting several guests at the breakfast and coffee station by refilling supplies. I waited a few minutes before approaching her and politely asked if she could assist me with checking out and printing a receipt. She responded that she would be there in just a moment because she was refilling the creamers. After waiting at the front desk approximately another 5–8 minutes, I noticed she had continued bringing out additional supplies to restock. I walked back over and explained that although I understood she was the only staff member available at the moment, I really needed assistance with my receipt and checkout. Her response caught me off guard when she replied, “I am helping guests.” I responded, “I am a guest too.” She eventually came over and assisted me, but the interaction left me feeling overlooked and somewhat dismissed. Date May 23 & 24th - check out 9:00am

The hotel was very clean. The pool was clean. The staff was nice. Love that they text you after you arrive, so you can text them for any needs (like extra blankets). The breakfast was impressive- best hotel breakfast I’ve seen in a long time. Ingredients for breakfast sandwiches, big muffins, yogurt and toppings, drinks, and more. If we ever go through this are again, this will be our go to hotel!

We enjoyed everything about our 2-night stay at Home2 Suites. The hotel is located in a very quiet, off the beaten path but close enough to everything location near Liberty University. We were greeted warmly at check-in. Our room was impeccably clean and appeared to be brand new. It was well-stocked with plenty of towels and everything we needed for our stay. Even though the hotel was quite busy, our room was very quiet. Our check-out was fast and the hotel employee very kind and courteous. We would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again.
