Overbooked my stay after I booked my room a month out. Called a week before and everything was ok according to the front desk. Got there and no room were available.

There was boric acid aroznd the walls and in every crack. Not pet or kid griendly. Dead roaches in my bath tub upon check in.

I love their atritude and accomodations for pets. My TV and AC did NOT work. But the friendliness of staff superceeded that inconvienance

I made this reservation 3 weeks in advance, and when I got there they didn't have a room for me and were reluctant to even let me use the bathroom after I drove over 3 hours to get there. My friends were staying there, so we just all piled up in one room. It's more like a homeless shelter than a hotel. Don't go.

had no towels in the room and was told they are “at capacity” so we couldn’t get any towels. sheets had stains and front desk closed at 8pm so we couldn’t get new ones. lobby did not smell good at all. there were a lot of shops nearby.

The location was the only positive to this hotel. It was disgusting. The amount of pets here was insane. People just hanging outside at all hours, the smell of animal was awful. Not clean at all. There was no toilet even in the room. But guess what, the front desk closes at 4 so to bad if you need anything. We left the next morning at 7 and the front desk was still closed. I would not stay here period.

Rest all over the fixtures in the bathroom and to top it off dog hair in the room and when you turn on the air, it just smelled like a wet dog
