The room was clean enough. The hot water took several minutes to get to our room and was not very hot. We only stayed 2 nights. On the second day we ran out of toilet paper. I went to the office to ask for another roll and the woman told me they did not have toilet paper in the office and I needed to contact housekeeping. I asked her how I contact housekeeping and she said they would be back in the morning. I reiterated that we were completely out and she asked whether my room was serviced. I told her I didn't know but we were completely out of toilet paper. She said "Well can't you wait until morning?" I am afraid that I became somewhat frustrated at this point and told her that there was a good chance that at least one of the three of us would probably use the bathroom before morning. At that point a young man came in and conversed with the woman, then told me he could fix it. He walked to the storeroom across from the office and gave me a roll of toilet paper. Not sure why the woman at the desk had such an attitude, but the young man saved me from having a cussing fit.

Just good for stopping a night to sleep. Then go.

There was no coffee or breakfast. One of our towels was dirty. The commode seat was wiggly and my husband repaired that. The AC was cold. I could hear more outside noise than usual. I really liked the new tile floor in our room. The refrigerator and freezer was cold. Nice microwave.

Iv’e been here a few times, I think the place is family owned but they are always very accommodating. Always keep their hotel clean and very helpful. Rooms are always well kept Highly recommend.

Traveled with my daughter and grandbabies. This place is going in my saved list for next time! Great location, very quiet, can't beat the price. The front desk was very friendly. The room was good size. I prefer this over a 200 dollar hotel room any day

Dreamland was just what we needed, a clean, quiet place to stop for the night. Great price and would have been grateful for their pet policy if I had been travelling with my dog. Thank you!

The bad: Underneath beds were filthy, sink faucet was loose, they didn't make the beds( when they replaced the towels ), top door lock was missing. Over all I would stay again.

Property has been renovated. Lighting around property along with cameras led to a safe site. Owners (male) is condescending are rude and very disrespectful. I've been working and stayed at this location for more than a week. I forgot that December has 31 days, I question him about the date of check-in. After I realized this, I headed to my room to see if my company would pay for an additional week. As I'm leaving the check-in area, he begins to speak in a loud voice that I need to go back to school. I had already paid for the night, but I guess he'd forgot his customer service skills at home. After returning to the office area, I informed him that I'm well-educated and his behavior was disrespectful and that I'd checkout the next day. He continued with his rat, so I just said F*ck you. You've just messed yourself out of another week of me paying for a room with roaches, that I cleaned myself for the most part while there. We have to do better as human beings. Bring roach spray, a sheet of your own sheets, and speak with his wife at all possible while checking in.

Heating worked but a bit noisy. Also noisy outside after midnight.

We will look somewhere else next time.

Room clean and nice new mattresses
-
Very uncomfortable atmosphere. The room was lacking comfort and necessities such as working outlets, towels, etc. The bed was not comfortable and neither were the pillows.
-
Simply a comfortable and nice place for an overnighter on our long driving trip

Room was a little over $50 a night. Was only looking for someplace cheap to rest my head. Well, you get what you pay for! Wasn’t the worst I’ve seen but definitely not the best. Wouldn’t return, but it’s livable if you HAVE to. Was given a smoking room that was super stinky, the shower did not work it had no way of turning it on, and the walls are very thin. It felt like I was sleeping on the expressway the entire night. A/c worked pretty good and I didn’t see any bugs so there’s a plus! Like I said it’s good if you want a quick cheap place to sleep. From previous reviews management seemed like pricks so I didn’t even bother with mentioning anything.

No hair dryer, no hand towels, no coffee maker with coffee, furniture old, shower drain clogged. Room not as pictured on Expedia site, A/C had odor. Clean and Cheap price was only positive.

Clean Stay, But Too Noisy I stayed at Dreamland Inn in Marion, AR for two nights. The room was clean and housekeeping was consistent—towels were changed daily and the space was well maintained. However, the experience was marred by constant noise from nearby highway traffic and disturbances from other guests. If you're a light sleeper or looking for a quiet retreat, this may not be the best fit. Basic comfort was met, but rest was hard to come by.
