The entire hotel staff was Wonderful! Meka and Ricky at tge front desk was so helpful and gave us plenty of options on places to go eat, shop, and visit. The bar an kitchen staff(Calvin) was amazing as well. I really enjoyed mu stay at the Doubletree Downtown Memphis

Stayed 2 nights at this property and had no issues at all. Check in was easy and valet was quick. Safe, easy walk to Beale Street.

Went to the restaurant and no one would wait on us after 10 minutes so we left. The waitress through the menus on the table not even acknowledging our existence . Unfortunately it seemed they were less interested in serving us than they were the African-American couple that came in after us. Sad

Everything was great. Room was clean, great front desk service. I had to pay for valet parking but it was worth it.

I liked everything but our room. We did not have night stands. The fan was on 24/7.

It doesnt matter what i say, even though it was outstanding, because they are close the hotle for good at the end of November which is very said because we were going to stay there again .
