Parking was a bit pricey.

Always recommend rooms above the 5th floor. There is a restaurant/ club next door whose music leaked into the room. Not extreme, but enough were it could become a strong irritant for some.

Excellent stay! Would absolutely stay here again. The view from the rooftop bar is fantastic, rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was so friendly and helpful.

Having an ice maker nearby, instead of going down to the lobby, and having a coffee maker in the room would be a nice addition.

We were created by a young man directly in front of the hotel. He gave us the information we needed as far as checking in, where to park the car. They allowed us 30 minutes to get checked in and move the across the street to the parking garage. The hotel rooms were very large and very clean. It has a rooftop bar with plenty of seating inside and outside. A great view of the river. All of the staff was very friendly. I like that the front desk called and checked to make sure we were ok and settled and if there was anything we needed.

Ebony was a whole vibe and very likeable. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend to friends. The place was clean and located close to everything that we needed to get to.

list on-site fitness center but thete is no on-site fitness center. it's a gym across the street and it closed on Sunday and most of the time. Alot of extra chargers.

My experience staying here at this hotel was beyond my expectations. The staff was very very accommodating although our room was not ready at 3 PM. However, the rooftop vibes were a 10 out of 10. I would definitely recommend.

Love it. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about everything.

The bathroom faucets leaked. The toilet paper roll holder was broken. When the room was cleaned the maid took the used towels but didn’t replace leave any new clean towels.

the phone didn’t work, there were stains or peeled paint on the ceiling in the bedroom, the sinks drained very slowly and one of the faucet handles was loose. Maintenance did fix the sink and the phone. Chain hotels have certain standards that their adhere to and I am going to stick to the rivers and lakes that I’m used to.

Breakfast was great and available times very accommodating. Views of the Mississippi River when saying are awesome and you get to see River activity quite often. At night, the bridge over the river glows in many different colors with a distant views of other towns in the distance. I recommend staying on floors 14-16 if able as it gives you uninterrupted views. Staff is very friendly and welcoming and addresses any needs you have. I stay here everytime I come to Memphis and will stay here again.

The front desk staff was awesome and friendly. The entire stay was GREAT! I wish the hot water was a little hotter.
