Convenient to a medical procedure that I was having done. Horrible front desk clerk upon our Check-in. Rude and abrasive. Our room had a not very cold mini-fridge with NO freezer section and my 100% disabled Veteran husband needed to refreeze his cooler ice pouches for his insulin. Check out is at 11am and it was forecast to be 108 the next day. My medical procedure was at noon. We knew we would not get home until after 7pm. Even a white car in the mid day heat in Arizona gets above 130 degrees. The desk clerk refused to put two new, non-leaking 5” x 5” ice packs in the hotel’s freezer. We had no choice but to throw away the unused remaining insulin or risk my husband’s health. Marriott, Sheraton & Hilton have always accommodated us because the ice packs are for a medical necessity. Instead, we were billed twice for a $200 security deposit and met with signs at the desk letting us know how much guests would be charged for items missing from the room. Never again Best (Worst) Western!!!

It is close to the mall and there is a pool and spa the bathtub was also big We had some issues with the ac not working and when we asked about it we got sent to a room with no bathtub which was apart of why we got the original room and he said he didn’t have another room with a tub so I asked what we could do and he sighed and said let me see and walked away and came back and said that the room over from the original room had a bathtub it was great over all it was just a little bit of attitude that had us a little upset but we did appreciate him finding us another room.

Staff were all friendly and pleasant. The facilities were all clean and well maintained and lastly, breakfast was very simple, well made and hassel free! The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained.

Great property and central in Mesa for my requirements. Fair breakfast, English buffet styles with waffles/cereals/etc. Good value for money.

We had a place to stay The ac unit kept powering off an I'd have to turn it back on over an over also the shower wast sealed right so it would flood the restroom and the microwave didn't work

Disappointing

Loved the location, the cleanliness, all the amenities, the pool, the hot free breakfast, and the wonderful staff.

This hotel canceled my stay 2 days before I was scheduled to arrive . I called to reschedule and was disconnected twice without reason or a satisfactory result . Booking.com tried to resolve it for me and advised me to choose another hotel which I did and I did not stay at the second hotel as it was poorly lit and appeared unsafe.Furthermore I am awaiting my refund

The bed was super comfortable I witnessed the staff harass more than one customer there was also a group of 10 more men from the hours of 2 AM to 5 AM playing very loud music from three different vehicles smoking and drinking in the parking lot right outside of my room. I did not get much rest.
