The hotel was clean and the staff were great

Room that had no view of anything certainly not water and small with a bathroom so small one couldn’t turn around in there. I’m not kidding. The sink was 6x8 inches. I have never seen a sink this small in my life. No amenities what so ever other than a bar/restaurant. Manager who checked us in was so rude that my wife asked him if he was having a bad day to be so “serious” and he responded that he had a lot of his mind. Don’t recommend the place at all.

This place is adorable. The person at the front desk was super sweet. My kids loved the bunk beds. The pool was really cute. Ordered a sandwich at the restaurant and it was the most amazing thing I ate my entire trip.

This was such a wonderful place to stay. Close to some restaurants including the Luca Bar that is downstairs. The staff was the best!

The only thing we didn't like was the shower was flooding and not draining but other than that it was a beautiful cute little place and so welcoming.

I had stayed here a couple of times before, when it was still ran by Sonder. Marriott management made the property better. The area is wonderful and it’s a great little hotel to escape the crowds. I sincerely recommend it.

Nothing The staff person who made our arrival and check in super difficult. Totally incompetent and careless. Dont even know its written Alden hotel outside the building. Gave us totally false information about parking and valet.

The hotel itself was nice, I read a ton of reviews about how bad it smelled but that wasn’t an issue for us. The room was clean, the bathroom was cute and the toiletries were stocked, the sink wasn’t a major problem considering how small it is. The staff was friendly. My biggest issue was the parking, we had to walk half a mile to find cheap parking, lots nearby were $20-$40/day. But if you’re staying here to be close to the beach, it’s not a bad choice. Will consider staying here again if it’s one or two days and just for the beach.

Nice location and cool looking room, the sync faucet was an annoying design that made it slightly difficult to use.

When I first checked into the hotel, the front desk staff greeted me with smiles and answered all of my questions clearly. They explained where everything was located and made the check-in process simple and quick. Sometimes hotels can feel cold or impersonal, but this one felt welcoming from the start. Throughout my stay, the employees continued to be polite and professional whenever I saw them in the hallways, restaurant, or lobby. Even small interactions, such as asking for directions or extra towels, were handled quickly and kindly. It created a comfortable atmosphere that made the hotel feel more relaxing overall. The part of the hotel that I enjoyed the most was definitely the restaurant. The restaurant had an amazing atmosphere that made it stand out from other hotel rest

Staff was very nice and supportive The Restaurant/Bar in the hotel is very good It is close to the beach and bus stop is just in front of the door to get to South Beach and to Miami Walls are very thin, you hear everything The bathroom sink is so small that as soon as you turn on the faucet, the whole bathroom floods
