When we checked in they have issued a one queen bed room plus sofa come bed. The staff was very rude they said if you don’t need this room they will cancel it. I was with my family in the night how they can say like this. As a Hilton brand we are not expecting such behavior from Hilton staff. We feel that after paying full cost for two queen beds and they are issuing one bed and sofa they are blessing mercy on us. I don’t recommend Hilton to any family as they are not trust worthy.

I can’t remember the ladies name that checked us in. But she was so nice we had an early flight and breakfast was not going to be open, so she got the some cereal for them to have in the morning. That was very much appreciated!! When we go back we definitely will be staying there. So beautiful and clean!

Very nice love the atmosphere and continue live performance

I loved our stay here, the breakfast was amazing. The night reception was totally worth the price of stay. Live music and drinks were the best.

Clean room and staff were courteous and helpful

Room was clean. That was the most positive thing about the stay there. They was constant drilling and hammering going on at 6 am. How rude! I pay for a stay to relax, I was not expecting to be in a construction zone. In addition to that there was a delay for the elevator. Each time the wait was about 5 minutes. While that may not seem long. When you only hv 2 days to enjoy away, it adds up fast. Niagara Falls was absolutely beautiful, but the hotel stay made or trip less than favorable

Overall stay was good. Clean areas and room. Per front desk staff only highest level Hilton rewards members get complimentary water smh. Hotel was crowded and always noisy. Happy hour and breakfast was good. Pool big but area was clean.

I walked in and was initially pleasantly surprised at the standard of the main area and the rooms. Bar area was totally fine as well. Where it falls down is primarily in the soundproofing of the rooms and the other guests. Tons of cruise passengers getting ready to go the next day. Someone on the floor above us was having a party and a what I can only assume was a roller derby tournament. The noise made it impossible to sleep until 2:30 am. I told the front desk at 1:30 am but it took another other for things to subside. Add in the sound of the train that could be heard through the walls and needless to say we didn’t end up well rested.

The restaurant and bar The room had two roaches on the ceiling. The ceiling had popcorn ceilings and the bathroom was not updated.

It was gated Check in staff was rude, bathrooms in common space were BEYOND DISGUSTING, the evening appetizers and drinks were pathetic!!!

Lucky a supervisor helped me to straighten the problem.

Property was clean. Rooms were spacious. Front desk was friendly. Breakfast was great. Would highly recommend.

A very good, well-located hotel, but I wasn't impressed by the on-site restaurants; they were too expensive. I paid $14.00 for a glass of beer—I thought that was outrageous.

Good place, clean, confortable, close to airport

The check-in process took a little while because there was only one person at the front desk. Later, another staff member arrived and the process moved much faster. The receptionist kindly asked whether I preferred a high or low floor and if I wanted a city view or an airport view. I was also given complimentary coupons for a welcome drink. The room was huge, very comfortable, and clean. Breakfast was good, and you have the option of having certain items prepared fresh on the spot. The bathrooms could probably use some renovation, but everything else was very good. I only stayed for one night. I really liked the lobby, although I didn’t have the chance to use the pool or any of the other facilities.
