Homewood Suites by Hilton Miami Downtown/Brickell

Wonderful stay. Great location. Very clean. Helpful staff.

Need a lounge or bar in it No stores around and most people don't speak english

It was hard to get to the reception area from the front door

The staff member I interacted with was attentive and polite, which was one of the few positive aspects of the stay. However, the parking situation is terrible. The parking lot is extremely small, and the access is awkward and confusing. Overall, I did not enjoy my experience and would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

The property was in quiet place, walking distance to downtown brickell. The valet parking guys was nice I would like to stay there again

Hotel was under renovations but the parts that were done were very nice! Hotel is located in an odd location but gets the job done. Always enjoys Homewood suits

Very nice, clean and quiet place to stay. Walking distance from lots of great restaurants. Staff were very helpful.

Clean, good breakfast with a nice variety. Pool nice. Kids had fun. Shuttle to cruise port. We walked quite aways for dinner. It felt safe and on a walking path, which was very nice. It was just a long walk for us.

No amables , ni tampoco te explican cosas acerca del hotel como donde está la alberca o donde es el área de desayuno, y las llaves para abrir el agua de la regadera se caían , pero sobre todo que no son amables en recepción.

Breakfast was good, room was clean and comfortable, the location and getting to this place is the worst i have ever seen. we will not be staying here again. The evening desk clerk didnt seem to know anything about anything

Overall I like this property. It’s nice and easy walking distance to the Publix supermarket before our cruise as well as several nice restaurants. They offer transport to port for $15a person. You can take an Uber that may be cheaper but not much more and shuttle service is convenient to use. They didn’t have coffee or breakfast ready the morning we were leaving which was disappointing. They rushed to prepare and food was cold. I’ve stayed here a couple times and that didn’t happen the first time so I hope that’s just a fluke.
