Novotel Miami Brickell

Room AC not working

la ubicación está OK, se encuentra como a cinco cuadras del centro de Brickell. Frente al hotel hay una estación de bicicletas que puedes alquilar. El Personal fue muy atento. El desayuno buffet es limitado

My room was pretty cool but I did have to keep the bathroom door closed because the toilet area smells like sewage. It was pretty strong too

Great place to stay if you’re in Miami.

The hotel seems to be old but may have been renovated at some point. Overall, the hotel and room did not appear to be very clean. The room was dark and the hallways had an old mildewy odor. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

I travel frequently and have stayed in renowned hotels worldwide. Unfortunately, this hotel fell short. I had to rent and pay for a microwave, parking was extra, and service was slow—room calls took an hour. At checkout, no help with luggage was offered. Compared to Hyatt and Hilton, this was disappointing. I hope they improve their service.

The staff was always friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and everything smelled fresh and well maintained. You can tell the team pays attention to the details. I also appreciated how organized the housekeeping staff was — even though I was coming and going at different times throughout the day, they always found a good moment to clean the room without being disruptive. The only downside was the package policy. Unlike other hotels in the same area and of a similar level, this hotel charges guests to receive packages, including fees based on the package weight, which I found disappointing. I also had an issue with one delivery. Even though I had a photo confirming that the package had already been dropped off at the hotel, it took more than 24 hours for it to be located and delivered to me. I had to follow up several times and push for the staff to actively search for it before it was finally found. To make matters more frustrating, I was still charged the package handling fee despite the inconvenience. Other than that, everything else was excellent, and I would definitely stay here again. My recommendation for future guests is to have packages delivered to a nearby locker or alternative pickup location instead of the hotel. If the package handling process were improved, this place would easily be a perfect 10/10.

That you charge guess that are staying g in your hotel parking. That was absolutely ridiculous. If I would have known that i would not have gotten a car.
