The hotel was a whole vibe. As I was getting dropped off by My lift. I thought a movie was getting made. It was a wedding the ones you see on TV I was so amazed.

Everything was exceptional except the restaurant staff at dinner time. Overall though everything was wonderful. Will definitely book again.

Staff went beyond their duties. Our flight came is super late and our bags were missing. They made sure we got food to eat from the hotel convenience center and complementary waters. Kathy McDowell was amazing.

There was plenty if amenities that were right at our finger tips after coming in in a 6 am 4 hour flight. I swear not a single staff member smiled at all. They all looked so angry and miserable. I felt bad for them. They looked like they absolutely hated their jobs and hated every person that came in. The all just looked like they hated everything. I felt so bad for then.

This property is very old and dated. I was surprised it was a Hyatt Regency. Staff was nice and location was good.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The food was excellent, especially the breakfast! The views were great and the location (while downtown) was very nice. The valet (Elmer) was courteous and very helpful. Location is perfect for getting to the port of Miami for a cruise. It’s a little confusing on how to get there with it being downtown.
