The Mutiny Hotel

Fire alarm defective and sounded several times at 3 am... then requeste to leace hotel... false alarm.. during the day before they were running alarm trst alll day. the day after alarm tests.... staff at the counter very rude.

Didn't use the pool so I can't rate that, but all of the staff from valet and housekeeping to management were super helpful and efficient. Room was amazing and everything is so convenient, would definitely recommend.

This place has the rundown appearance of a hotel that's well past it's hayday. The main issue is all the hidden additional fees that you have to pay once you arrive. It added an extra $80+ on to our one night stay which left a sour taste in our mouths. We were charged a resort fee even though we never used the resort facilities, and we were only there over-night so had no time to use them anyway. The first receptionist was very standoff-ish with us, although everyone else was friendly. Not somewhere I'd stay again as it really wasn't worth the price.

Loed that we ha a full kitchen, bedroom and walk in closet.

The bathroom was very outdated and not well kept - bathroom cabinet was taped shut, bathroom tiles were cracked

A hidden gem with a great pool!

Great location and great staff. Rooms are large and well furnish. Gym and pool are kept up well.

I was disappointed that housekeeping never came to our room over the course of our three night day. The bathroom was incredibly outdated. Other than that, we had a great time in a perfect location to coconut grove.

I had a customer service issue because there was no blow dryer in my room and I had to leave for an appointment and wanted to look at my best Spoke to a person at 7 AM who said they would be trying to reach out to the manager to solve my problem. At 8 o’clock, I still have not heard from someone Horrible customer service Pretty sad

. No ATM available and self service for taking your luggage to your room. Pleasant atmosphere. Great location

Pool was great and proximity to coconut grove shopping and dining is unmatched.

Location is good No one helps, no one cleaned our room before we arrived; we found other people hair in the shower. It was disgusting; we complained but they fixed it really late.

Great location in the Grove. Comfortable, well equipped apartment. Although modernised generally, wear and tear showing in the ensuite bathroom.

We live the location, rooms and balcony. Sometime the front desk staff are curt, night staff.

Got to the room and the bed was not made, there was only the fitted sheet and the top sheet on the bed. The quilt and sheet on top were in the closet, and both were covered in blood stains. Called for another blanket and that one was covered in stains as well. Immediately checked out, spoke to the front desk and left the room keys we were given, and left the hotel. Hotel would not give us a refund and claimed they had no record of us checking out. I am not usually one to leave reviews, but this experience was overall disgusting. I was surprised by all other reviews noting the hotel was clean.

Lots of outside noise that can be heard indoors. Good location.
