Wyndham Garden Miami International Airport

Always stay here when visiting Miami.

Booked on hotels.com and said I would pay at property. When I arrived they cancelled my reservation. She then proceeds to tell me I should have had a valid card because they tried to run it. I advised her that I was to PAY when I arrived and I have never had that issue before when booking. Non the less. Reservation was reactivated and I enjoyed my stay outside of that $20 brunch which is the same complimentary one you get at other hotels. We ate elsewhere.

The staff at the hotel were amazing. They treated us very good. The restaurant at the 6 floor was amazing the food was so good definitely will be coming back.

I checked out over 2 weeks now and cannot get back my security deposit!!! The customer service is terrible. I called front desk and before they even took my complaint, they had me on hold for over 5 minutes. I was calling from overseas. To date, I have not gotten back my refund!!!

I enjoyed this particular hotel as part of my vacation experience. The staff was extremely efficient and was able to answer all of my questions. Their breakfast buffet was outstanding. This hotel gets a triple AAA rating in my book.

Everything was in good condition.

Convenient location, coupled with its roof top restaurant across from the airport are the big pluses for this hotel, and the dishes on its menu are very good. On the other hand, breakfast in its lobby area must be purchased separately and wasn’t worth the price. That should have been included in the price.

Nice hotel. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Ehhh not clean, very outdated. Staff was nice. Breakfast bar was a little expensive for basic buffet options. Nothing seemed to be made to order. So not worth it. The restaurant was good, bartender was nice!

Staff was helpful in showing us how to get transportation to cruise port

Conveniently located near airport with free shuttle bus

It was great to get somewhere late on Rooms were spacious and clean The pool was an added bonus By only little downside was the air con kept throwing out hot air

I’m not sure what happened to this hotel but it has gone downhill fast. We stayed here a year ago and it was good. This time around the hotel is filthy, communication between staffing is lacking, house keeping has gone down along with hotel maintenance. I definitely would not recommend nor will I be returning for future Miami trips
