Caribbean Resort & Villas

There is an entire section of the hotel that is separate from the nice rooms. That section is where we unknowingly booked. The room was musty. The a/c obnoxiously noisy. The towels small and rough. The ice machine didn't work. The remote didn't work. They changed out the television and told us that there was a working ice machine two floors down. The bed was uncomfortable. The sheets were too small for the bed and it was either me or my husband that could be covered, not both unless we snuggled close. Luckily, I love him very much. We went swimming in the pool and I ended up with a boil. Not a fan of this part of the hotel. Do not stay in the Jamaican rooms.

The beach view is worth it in the four bedroom condo! Wow! One of the bedrooms was a little warm and didn’t have a fan, but we made do. The cleanliness of the hotel room was one of the best I’ve stayed in! The pools were okay, average beach pools. The hardest part was check in and check out, it was really hard to find carts so we could load our car. Everyone was incredibly friendly though! Overall, I would absolutely stay again!

The rooms were big a spacious. I was on the 3rd floor at the Chelsea.

Enjoyed my stay ! Room was clean, the staff was attentive and friendly, great beach view because we booked an over front room, parking was iffy but not too bad. You have to park across the street in their deck but you can load and unload in the hotel parking lot.

I really thought we were going to have a great stay at this resort until we walked into our room in the Jamaican Tower. The floors were dirty and hair all over. On top of that, the beds were sunken in with springs. There was construction right in front of our room on the beach that woke us up daily. The rooms were so outdated. The icing on the cake was that when we were checking out we wanted to leave our things so we could walk around before our flight. I sent a text to the contact person the night before and she said we could do that but that wasn’t the case. They couldn’t keep our belongings because the restaurant next door had a delivery and there wasn’t any room. It has been a very disappointing trip to say the least and I would never stay there again!!

Our stay was June 11th thru June 15th.

Check in was terrible it was almost 6 pm until we got our room. House keeping didn’t get garbage or bring towels everyday like they said they would. The room itself was fantastic and the cleanliness of hotel was very good.

No breakfast. The location was nice. The waiting process to long. We had issues with the bathroom leaking and smelled really bad.

Location is great. I normally love this resort. We have stayed here multiple times this was the first time we have had issues. I truly love this resort but they fell short this visit. 1. There was no hair dryer and took us multiple calls to front desk to get one 2 days later. 2. Room only had 1/4 roll of toilet paper for 4 adults and 2 kids same with that multiple calls to get. 3. Dishwasher leaked all over the floor had to clean that up.

Hotel does not live up to the hype.... Our room looked nothing like the pictures online, it was run down, and not very well maintained. Our toilet continuously ran, no matter what we did. Our bed frame was broken, so every time we got in and out, the leg would slide sideways, so we had to keep pushing it back and it squeaked every time we moved. I was so disappointed when we got there, but by the time we found out about the bed, we were unpacked. Staff when we got there and upon check out, were not very friendly and not very informative on the hotel itself, parking, hotel amenities, beach usage or anything what-so-ever. The sign out front advertised 15 pools, but not sure where all these pools were. The actual pools available were dirty, The floaties for the lazy river were hard to find and if you found one that was actually not going flat, you were golden, but the river was overrun with kids and adults just standing around in it. It was not that big, so we kept running into people. The poolside bar was ridiculously expensive. My husband and I ordered two frozen daiquiris, and it was $29. Not very wallet friendly. The poolside bathroom was disgusting. I do not think they maintain that during pool hours...or ever! The two sets of elevators were sometimes working. We had to wait a long time to get on one and we were on the 10th floor, so stairs, especially going up was not an option. Would definitely not recommend and will not go back!

The room I reserve was not the same room that I was given. Very disappointed. No closets or dressers for our clothes . They had so many open rooms available and they didn’t want to switch me to a better one

Maid was nice Air conditioning leaked room smelled musty asked for room service by text and 24 hrs later asked again. Took 15 min for water to get hot for shower
