Hilton Grand Vacations Club Ocean Enclave Myrtle Beach

Definitely a more upscale Hilton property with exceptional staff and nice amenities. Room was spacious, clean and had premium appliances. Stayed in a 2 BR suite with ocean view. Layout was perfect. Rooms were large. Water pressure was on point. Small sports bar had excellent staff and decent food. Commissary store had a variety of snacks and beverages, food menu, and other items. Both pools were well maintained. Poolside bar was nice with good selection of drinks and food. Beach was nice and hotel is right on the boardwalk. Short walk to family attractions, shops, restaurants and touristy spots.

Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. The pools were well-loved, the beach was out the back door, and the sports bar and 2nd floor market came in clutch. Happy to have a room with a view of the ocean, and a separate bedroom for the adults.

Claudine, Markel, Tamoy from last night the staff was amazing they are the reasons we have decided to come back again and again and fix to buy a Hilton timeshare soon. They were so kind and helpful but not just them the whole front desk staff from last night until this morning were amazing! The resort was very clean, beautiful, wonderful, and amazing!! We travel a lot but this was one of the best stayed we have ever had! 5 stars you are if I could give 10 stars I would thank you so much for an amazing experience!!!!

The WIFI is functional but would kick us off 3 times an hour…an annoyance if you’re trying to stream something. Overall, one of the nicer places in Myrtle Beach and we’d stay there again.

The AC went out on our first day and then again on our last night before leaving. What made matters worse was that the supervisor working the night the AC first went out was not helpful and apparently never informed the manager of the issue, forcing us to explain everything again the next day. The manager was the only person who seemed genuinely concerned and helpful. She addressed our concerns and compensated us for some of the inconvenience, which we appreciated. In addition to the AC issues, the food-ordering website was down, the Wi-Fi repeatedly cut out, and the family hot tub was closed during part of our stay. Unfortunately, the number of problems we experienced made it difficult to enjoy our vacation. Based on this trip alone, I would not recommend this resort. It’s especially disappointing because we’ve loved coming here every year and have always looked forward to our stay. Hopefully, these issues are addressed, but if you do stay here, I would strongly suggest avoiding the Oceanview 26th floor.

Great hotel on the beach always friendly and clean. The only thing I don't like is check-ins at 4:00 and check out at 10:00. I think if you check in at 4:00 you should be able to check out at least by 12:00.

The pillows were not good. Daily activities not being complimentary was a surprise.

The staff are generally nice but there were only 2 bellmen/car valets when we arrived so no help was available. There was only 1 staff checking in people as well - totally overwhelmed. And the desk staff person I asked about housekeeping after being there for 3 nights, "Jeff ", was curt almost rude, that I even asked for housekeeping service
