Loved the swim up bar and the location was close to everything! The stairwells smelled like pee. They need to replace carpet or get new flooring.

The building is old and tired. I was gouged extra for “insurance “, non refundable. The front staff were as helpful as bumps on a log. NEVER will stay there again!

The amenities were great and the staff were very friendly! However my only complaint is that when I first arrived, I looked over my room and noticed hair everywhere! I even had to throw 2 of my towels to the side because there was someone else’s hair on it! There was hair on my mirror as well. Honestly my only complaint! The pool and Dj were fantastic!

First off the surprise fee for parking was uncalled for, if you pay ove $1000 for a stay parking should be free. The lazy river stayed yellow and dirty all 3 days, the pool was very dirty on the third day. Some outlets in the room didn't work. Only 1 remote for 2 tvs.

I would say the gated garage space but even that was accessible by the public by just walking through the lobby and front desk with 0 proof of being a guest. It is not secure. Everyday the pool was filled with people who were not staying there. The pool and hot tub had debris floating around day and night.police presence inside of the hotel and hallways every night. I did not feel safe there with my children. The rooms are very outdated.

The pictures of the property are deceiving. The property is outdated and dirty. This is a place for young people on spring break who just need a place to crash. Very disappointing and will not go back.

The room was very clean I was on the second floor and I wanted to be up higher. Wish I knew how to do that when trying to book a room.

Beds were hard, but pool was nice and it was a minute from the beach.
