Ocean Crest Inn and Suites

The room was outdated and no phone in the room. The bathroom shower had paint peeling and towels were not clean. We had to ask for extra towels in order to get clean ones to use. The elevator was dirty and only one running for the entire building. I will definitely let my family and friends know not to spend their money on this horrible hotel.

Only one small hot elevator works

The hotel staff was nice during the stay however we were gaslighted into thinking we were going to be refunded for our last nights stay even though we’re leaving a few hours after the checkout time. After checking on the refund status a few days later we were told it was “denied due to checking out after the checkout time.” Just tell me that I won’t be refunded then? Why go back on your word 2 days prior? Also the room was very beat up and damaged. None of the doors would hinge shut and the ac unit leaked all over the floor from condensation, cracked mirror to name a few things. We won’t be returning especially after the mishap with the refund as well. Skip this one and look for something nicer.

This place looked absolutely nothing like the pictures! The room wasn’t clean the couch had been chewed up there was hairs all over the pillows it was rusty and holes between the floor and the walls and not to mention only one elevator worked and it sounded like it wasn’t going to work for long! There seem to be some folks living in the building where the front office was located who just sat outside smoking weed did not feel safe and definitely wasn’t clean I booked due to the pictures which was completely misleading

Don’t book at this place. Terrible. Standing water in the room near ac unit. No room service. Shower is stopped up. Dirty. Staff does not care. Only good was the pool.

ROACHES! put my cup down for two seconds it’s a ROACH in it, great sized roach!! property needs to be remodeled worked on something it has potential but I was last min so you get what you pay for last min smh

We checked in and checked out ten minutes later. There were cockroaches in the kitchen. The place smelled like marijuana. The dishwasher was missing, a piece of plywood in its place. Besides all that, the place was filthy, should be condemned.

Everyone at the front desk was friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel could use some upgrades but other than that it was great!

The pictures online of the room were sparkly and new. When we got there the room looked like it's been through a little bit but it wasn't dirty. The cushion on the sofa bed was torn and there wasn't any bedding for the sofa bed. I had to go downstairs to ask for bedding, a lamp and to repair the TV in the sitting area. There was no lighting in the in the sitting area. The guy at the front desk gave me everything I needed and tried to fix the TV but couldn't so it was unable that night. The next day someone came in to fix the TV. Also, the toilet was extremely low flow and didn't properly flash. The guy at the front desk gave me a plunger to fix it.

From the get-go the welcome did not happen, no hello, welcome, glad you’re here, enjoy your stay-nothing. The lady was so curt when I asked about being concerned about getting on a creaky elevator, got to my room to a loose sink faucet, tv not working, had to get my room keys re-keyed every other day, including the very first day. Asking for a towel— straight answer, No, could have said please ask the front desk… At least if they were semi kind and caring all would be kinda overlooked. I am so glad it was time to leave.

The place was ran down and nasty and the photos they had online was fake the rooms are nothing like the advertisement and should be taken off the Expedia website for false advertisement.

The room wasn't bad, just no housekeeping, no complimentary breakfast, and the air conditioner wasn't the best. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

1. Inn & Suites Old & Outdated 2. Roaches in the Room 3. No indoor pool available to use, per Management (Indoor Pool has been inoperable since COVID 2019). 4. (1) Working elevator for 8 or 9 floors on our visit 05/31/2026. 5.) No Signage Posted yet where there is a Large Transitional Hump. i.e. (WATCH YOUR STEP). I tripped and fell September 2024 I believe it was, not 100% sure of month, but year is correct over this hump. I scrapped my face above my lip & the Manager agreed to COMP me a (3) day weekend stay if I didn’t file a Liability Lawsuit against this Inn & Suites As of our recent stay 05/31/2026, I don’t plan to take advantage of the (3) free stay. I withdrew my/our agreement because my (1) day stay was unpleasant also. Please see ABOVE DISLIKES for further explanation. ————————————————————————- (LIKED) 1. Location 2. No Signage (WATCH YOUR STEP) posted to let you know that there is a large transition bump on the Concrete Walkway heading up the stairs to your room in the building to the right, TOP FLOOR & if you don’t look down and see it, you may accidentally fall on your face/Behind. It’s a no for me.

For the price we paid, this was completely unacceptable. I did not feel comfortable staying here and will never return. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

Pm til 6am bright light couldn’t walk on beach was loud and bight lights all night. The only reason I was there was to walk on the beach

Staff was very helpful in everything that was needed, thanks to M . Had an issue with a tub the water wasn’t draining and he had no problem in changing our room. Pool was clean and my granddaughter enjoyed herself the whole week:weekend we stayed. Thank you

I love staying here only thing I hate is no breakfast
