They lobby was locked and could not get to the vending machine. it was supposed to be beachfront and it was not it was one street over.

Property was pretty run down. Appeared to have a lot of activity in the parking lot.

Not on the water. They have it written 2:00 pm check in! We got there at 2 they said rooms weren’t available until 4:00!! The room was ok and clean.

Not like it was a few years ago

It was nothing like pictures. Burn holes throughout even though the room was nonsmoking. Very shady activity going on outside and non sober people living in the rooms next to us. My husband was offered substances twice and we stayed there only one night on our way through.

The room itself was quite clean and comfortable, but the hallway and elevator and almost everything else needs fixing or cleaning.

Awful service

I booked online and booked ocean view and I didn't get ocean view I git building view I didn't like that the dryer was messed up couldn't dry my clothes the elevator was very shaky and took for ever there was no dishes in the room I had to buy my own

Gentleman at front desk was super nice. Very convenient to everything. We loved the 2 bedroom suite. Kitchenette update would be awesome. Would love to come stay a week and would use the kitchenette, but would appreciate an update first.

Room patio door was not closing properly and we had to hear a lot loud noise from outside all the night. Hotel did not offer any concession as well after complaining.

Stayed 3 nights with friends who had rented another room. I never felt unsafe. The pool was questionable however we still went for a quick dip. The walk to the beach was quick and we could see the ocean even being across the street. All in all it was a get what you paid for experience and the hotel was solely used for showering and sleeping while the beach was the main attraction. We had friends staying another room and they had minor issues with the microwave and TV. And I'm not a Debbie downer however I didn't like the fact that the rules for smoking were in place possibly a state law thing but once you open your door to leave it smelled like straight weed. There was a plunger belonging to a needle in one of the stairwells. The elevator worked until the last day it completely quit. But I understand beach life and alot of workers or locals do long term living in hotels. Again I never felt unsafe the locals were kind to us.

The lady at the front desk was nice. It was disgusting, we got stuck in the elevator and the Crack heads that just hang around your door is insane. We slept with both door baracaded the whole night

Shamekea and Mathew gave great customer service they went above and beyond for my husband and I,It was wedding anniversary and Shamekea made it very special for me.I really appreciate the hospitality we were shown and I will most definitely be back.
