Room was decently clean , but probably because I complained before hand I booked the hotel before reading reviews like an idiot and when I saw they were so terrible and tried to cxl my booking bc of that they got all pissed off and was rude in their response. The amenities are trash the fridge barely stayed cold and the one AC unit they put in the room BEHIND the bed lol didn't cool the room off hardly at all. They do in fact have a roach problem. No ice machine you have to buy a bag from them which is 5 bucks. There were people in the parking lot living out of there cars with kids. Pretty depressing. I can't believe they actually asked me to leave a review ....like it was gonna be a good one. Don't stay here if you want a decent vacation. Sorry. The hype is true.

No wash clothes in the room and when we asked for some they said they dont keep them on site! I expected cheap, but not having wash clothes is a bit extreme. Do better

The distance to the ocean area We noticed roaches in our room, no towels or washcloths was in the room and also the pool was closed the entire time.

Awful and the customer service was rude. Charged me an extra fee that wasn’t advertised and couldn’t be explained to me. The place was disgusting

Nothing except being close to the beach hotel room it self was disgusting Stained up rusted up broken up stove missing two ailes the first room didn’t have no peep hole just a hole in the door and shower was small an disgusting no ventilation so water leaks from ceiling when you shower. Floors are dirty feet get black in less then 5 min of walking around just not a good place to stay

Absolutely nothing Everything. The roaches running around when I opened the door to walk in. I shut the door right away. Why would I bring my stuff in there and let my 1 year old baby in a room like that. The beds were not made. The stove was crazy. The hotel has never been cleaned. When I arrived he charged me another $50 even though I already paid $160 online and then I went to get in my room and saw and just broke down crying. I have a baby I don’t live like that. The pictures online were clean and nice.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The rooms are disgusting and look nothing like they look on the pictures online. The room they gave me had mold on the lampshade, paint chipping off the walls, broken outlet covers with exposed outlets. I asked the front desk person if I could cancel my reservation that I only reserved only an hour and a half before I got there, and he told me that I could cancel but he would charge me $800 if I did. I still didn't stay in the room. I left immediately. I booked through Expedia and after one month of discussion with Expedia they refunded my money. Expedia was never able to get ahold of the hotel for approval of my refund so they refunded me on their own. This is a shady, dirty place.

This is genuinely the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life. Rude, dirty, and misleading. It looks nothing like the photos. Found several cockroaches in our room, told the front desk (that isn’t even attached the the hotel itself, rather the motel next door) and they told us to sweep it off the deck and into the pool. Mold on balcony. Never received new towels or toiletries. Was going to get a new room but the hotel and Hotels.com refused (despite paying for the insurance.) Had to pay another $100 resort fee on arrival. Scam.

Nothing Mold on head board, missing kitchen drawer, toilet paper stuffed in holes in ceiling, nasty bathroom and carpet, pool full of trash and leaves. We didn't stay not one night. We were there approximately 10 minutes and requested our money back.

Le gars a l'accueil nous a pris pour des épais. Commentaire indécent à propos de ma fille. Pas propre. Cuisinière manque des parties, aucune vaiselle.
