This is one of the older hotels, so don't expect much, but it's typically clean and mostly quiet. Great location on the boardwalk with a 2 minute walk to the beach. Stove, full size fridge, and a few dishes included. Water gets extremely hot! Good for a short stay.

The place as a whole was not clean or well maintained at all. Everything was filthy and there was mildew in the shower. Peeling paint everywhere. The balcony felt like it would fall off the building at any time. Kids stayed in the pool past closing. Joint butts on the balcony and cigarette butts everywhere. I couldn’t enjoy the balcony much because of people smoking cigarettes. The water faucets were backwards in the bathroom and my kid burned her hands with hot water trying to wash them. I appreciated the proximity to the beach but overall the place needs a deep clean, a facelift, and a lot of maintenance.

The kitchen has dishes, dish liquid, rags, utensils for both cooking and eating!!!

Great budget friendly mom and pop type motel. Older, Nothing fancy, but if you don't need all the extras, and not too bougie this is a good place to stay.

Hotel was terrible! Very, very dirty and in poor condition. Room was not clean. Outside room was overflowing trash can. I saw cleaning crew seating, talking, staying on the phones and eating on the hotel property. Parking was small and full but you could park across the street from hotel property. The only good was location, oceanfront.

So close to the beach. Easy access,just a nice place to stay.

Clean. Friendly staff. Perfect location.

We stayed with our cat, and there were no extra pet deposits, which we really appreciated. Free parking was another big plus. The staff was friendly, always available, and responded quickly to any questions we had. The location is great, close to the boardwalk and the second pier. Overall, we were happy with our stay. Thank you!

Great location & view, room was clean, beds were comfortable. Does need some updating. Bathroom needs a little tlc, rust in the bathtub. Staff was awesome, very friendly. Were always asking if we needed anything, even helped with the luggage. Will definitely stay again!

The room was clean; but dated. The staff was freindly and efficient (easy check in and check out ). The best feature is the Boardwalk access (about 20 yards), access to 2nd St Pier. A great stay for the price.

nothing The checkin was fine, room door was rusty, table in the room looked like someone spilled soda or something and it was never cleaned. Afraid I weas going to get bed bugs. Nasty in there. I got a room at the Wingate hotel for a similar price and it was beautiful. 5 minutes form the beach. This hotel would be ok if i were 18 and did not know any better.....Went to check out and the staff wasn't even there, office door was locked..... WTF. I had to call on some red batphone near the from office to talk to somebody.
