Rooms weren't dusted, stayed for a week, and saw the same dust. Bathroom could use some updating, tub chipped. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice and hot. Easy to find and get to off of I-75.

Elevator was broken so we had to haul our luggage up the stairs. Place was clean and quiet.

Good breakfast, comfy bed, nice pool, conveniently located close to Naples We stayed for more than one night, but the room was not cleaned daily. After we requested housekeeping, they came the next day and replaced the towels, although the bed was still not made.

Other than a room to stay in, not much going for this property. Elevator was broken, rooms on 4th floor. No assistance offered for bags or luggage. Drains in sink were slow. No one around at 9:45 for check out. Most likely stay at the other place at this exit next time.

Had an issue with the elevator being broken and my brother is disabled and unable to climb stairs. Having a non refundable perpaid reservation thru hotels.com, i was stuck going thru them instead of the hotel to make sure we had a first floor room or we could not stay there. It was not until we were on our way and a couple hours out that I found out we got a first floor room. The shower rod bows out to give more room in the shower but this one was loose and bent down so the shower curtain would not stay shut. The breakfast bar was ok, nothing to write home about but I found it odd that they had mixed veggies and italian meatballs (marked as Sousage) on a breakfast buffet.
