1 Hotel Nashville

Such a warm and inviting vibe. Very unique from other hotels.

The 1 Hotel, in general, is such an elite group of properties. The 1 Nashville did not disappoint. Upon pulling up to valet, I went inside to check-in at which time the staff was already unloading my luggage from the car. The smell when you walk into those doors just melts all your stress and worries away. I was greeted by Sujan S. at the front desk. He was the first person I met there and he started our stay there on such a good note! He was so kind & made check-in so fast and easy. That was probably the fastest hotel check-in I’ve ever had which I really appreciate as I have a 1 year old who likes to run around. Sujan upgraded our room to an incredible view after I told him my little guy loves to look out the hotel room windows at the cars below. We continued to talk and I found out we are actually originally from neighboring countries. At that moment, I felt like we were friends, not just staff & customer. Throughout our stay, Sujan would say hello to us and ask how our stay was anytime we walked by and made some great toddler friendly suggestions. The room was incredible. The design is stunning and the bed is so comfortable. The only thing I’d change about the room is the bathroom space being closed off. It was kind of odd having that space combined with the living/sleeping space. The rooms were cleaned twice a day. Housekeeping would come in the morning & in the evening there would also be turndown service. I have run out of characters otherwise I’d write more good thing

Everything was just exceptional ….only thing i would suggest is more privacy in the shared rooms for shower and lavatory

As with all One Hotels the property was beautiful and the local touches from the tobacco behind the check in and then the hotel member giving me a brief history and background of all the local touches.

Great design, beautiful rooms, and an amazing atmosphere. The hotel really comes alive at night with a fantastic vibe. Stylish, elegant, and a wonderful place to stay in Nashville.

Stayed here before, but it sounded like someone was working on the unit above us and was impossible to sleep in. Loud drilling and hammering. Hoped for a better experience coming from a nice hotel.

My husband and I arrived at 10 am with a check in of 4 pm. We were able to get a room right away with an early check in. We also requested a late check out which was very helpful. The room was cleaned daily and the staff very friendly.

The bathroom door (to the toilet) is clear. Did not like that at all. Service in bars was painfully slow.

One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at.

Everything was extremely calming. So calming that you forget that your are in one of the loudest cities in the south. Per night price is a little too high.

Beautiful hotel very near Honky Tonk Alley and other sites. Beautiful rooftop bar!
