Holiday Inn Express Nashville Downtown - Broadway by IHG

The hotel was in a great location. Staff was welcoming, helpful and always smiling. The breakfast was plentiful with many options; hot or cold. No one ever made you feel rushed The happy hour drinks/ and snack were a great way to start our nights & the live music was amazing

Just came back from a three nights stay the staffers were all very helpful. The room was clean. The continental breakfast was very nice. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Breakfast and location were both great. The bed was quite comfortable, but the AC would run a bit and the room rather chilly. When it wasn't running, the room felt stuffy.

The staff was very helpful upon my arrival and they kept checking in on me to ensure I was enjoying my stay.

Good location. Short walk to all the bars on broadway but far enough you can’t hear it all. Didn’t use the pool or fitness center but they looked nice. Staff was great. Night girl was helpful but at the same time seemed like she really didn’t like me answering questions. I would stay here again.

Breakfast was good. Some of the staff at the front desk could have been more helpful but overall it was okay. The location was great. If you want a closer location with less walking to night spots there are other hotels. However, some can be noisy so if that’s an issue choose a hotel not in the center of the night spots. That was our reasoning for trading walking over not.

We had 4 people in the room and had to call for 4 bath towels everyday they would leave 3. This happened everyday for 4 days

This Hotel was very clean. The rooms were roomy. The staff was incredible. We were very happy with this hotel and would definitely stay there again.
