    This was a very nice hotel, room was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

    The room appeared to be nice initially. Once we got on the bed there was a foul smell. I called the front desk to ask for the bed to be changed because it was dirty. The guy said housekeeping was not there. I asked if we could at least get some different pillows and he said there were none. The next day the linen was changed and for a short while the smell was better but still smelled. I believe it was also the mattress. I asked to change rooms but was told they didn’t have another king. We weren’t able to sleep in the bed the first night. The room was a handicapped room and the shower hose would not stay up. Bathroom door would not close completely. Room needed some upgrades. I think when I book through Hotels.com. They give you the worse rooms. I will stop using hotels.com

    They have a small parking lot and not much room for a truck and trailer if there is more than 2 about impossible and the only ice machine in whole building is in the market pantry. Things were clean beds comfortable

    When we entered the room, there was a strong smell of cleaning products, and the carpet was completely soaked—apparently it had just been shampooed. Although we were given fans to help dry it, that didn’t resolve the issue. After leaving for a few hours, we returned to find the carpet still wet. We were then moved to another room, but it had an unpleasant odor that was difficult to identify. Additionally, there was a large group of workers gathered outside our window, playing loud music, drinking, and with a strong presence of marijuana. This made the environment especially uncomfortable, as we were traveling with children. Ultimately, we decided to leave and were grateful to receive a full refund. However, the hotel is in serious need of renovation and better upkeep if it hopes to compete with other properties in the area.

    They tried to double bill me for two rooms. I only had one room. This morning we were awakened by a false fire alarm. I decided to get cleaned up, only to find that there was no water. No kind of compensation was offered

    The front desk staff was great upon check-in. I was moved to a different room, but the bed was not king size as I reserved and paid for. It was a queen size. I would like the difference for the bed size to be reimbursed but the lady at the front desk at check did not know how to fulfill that request.

    I have stayed in many Candlewood Suites across the country. This was your standard, everything we expected. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff. The hotel could stand to update the recliners in the room, but that is a corporate issue not a location issue. The only complaint I had was the selection in the pantry as far as Food went was a little sparse. Other than that when I go back to Nashville in June this is where I will stay. !
