This was my first time in Nashville and the staff made it very pleasant for me and was very helpful with all my needs and questions. My room was clean and well maintained and the bar and kitchen staff were very nice and pleasant as well. When I decide to come back I'm definitely booking with them again.

It was a nice, modern hotel. Room was a good size and all staff were professional, pleasant and approachable. Property was very clean and well maintained The restaurant/bar area could have been bigger and the menu could have provided a few more choices.

We had a reservation from quite a few months ago yet once we got there, the room we reserved was taken. Lucky for us we did get an upgrade at no extra charge. The food made us sick a couple times. The staff didn’t tell us the doors slam shut every time someone shuts the door making the room you’re in shake and wake you up at night. The shower isn’t hot and the room doesn’t stay cold even though the AC is on. There’s not much available to see on TV making you connect to streaming services every time you want to watch tv.

This was my second time staying at the hotel. Clean, nice staff, great breakfast, secured, asked for more towels and actually got them brought to the room.

I had the corner room with the marvelous views of the high-rise buildings. Very nice amenities. Right behind it is a public parking garage if you don't want the valet parking. 20min walk to Broadway St. with views/panorama of the city. Not too pricy either.

Great staff, clean rooms! Only down side was valet wanting to park my "oversized" vehicle (crewcab longed pick-up) two blocks down under an over pass. I opted to use the parking garage located directly behind the hotel (secure and convenient, with cameras)

My guests room wasn’t ready until 5:30pm, after a long day of travel they just wanted to get settled but had to wait. Most of the staff were very helpful and pleasant but not all, unfortunately.
