Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Nashville Airport, TN

Location is tops. Was able to walk comfortably to local eateries, convenient stores, etc. Staff were extremely helpful with questions. Appreciated the complimentary shuttle service, although I would like a tipping option (ie Venmo, PayPal, etc) for the driver since I don’t carry cash. Room was excellent (clean, nice bathroom, good air conditioning, storage and comfortable bedding) and somewhat quiet (just the usual hustle and bustle of other guests). TV options and quality of picture were so so. Breakfast was good, although, would have preferred more fruit and protein options. Otherwise, enjoyed my stay!

So got no real sleep. The shower didn't have a rim on the edge, so despite the curtain the water ran into the bathroom floor and then out into the entryway to the room.

Breakfast sausage was burned each day. They did not wipe off the table. Staff held and the 4pm check in. House keeping was Goos and when asked responded.

Easy access, close to airport with convenient free shuttle, friendly staff! Also clean room and had everything we needed for an overnight to await our flight. Close to restaurants and safe environment.

The front desk staff were helpful in accommodating our car, and others, in an overflow parking area.

Convienent Nothing

So the front desk was nice overall . First room we were given had a bug spray smell. So bad it smelled like they had bombed it with bug stuff for weeks, phone in room didnt work, lastly, bathroom door was a sliding door that could close making anyone on toliet visual and no lock on said door. I called down on my phone and they changed us rooms right away. Breakfast was good. When checking out the lady wasn't rude but wasn't friendly either. Just didnt want to be there I guess.

Just stayed here for the night so if you are needing a place to stay during a layover or quick trip I think it’s great. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Only downside was our shower didn’t drain very well but I let a staff know and she made a note of it.

Shuttle service to dinner was definitely a plus!! Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Decent hotel, some stains on the bed sheets, and the iron did not work. I asked the front desk for another one and was told someone would bring it but never did. Paid parking kind of sucks but it’s cheap enough. Other than that, not bad.

The room was clean except the bathroom. There was a used dirty bar of soap as the only source of soap to wash with. Something like that makes me question what else isnt clean

The parking fee was very petty. They said it was five dollars, actually five $6.69 because there’s a tax or a charge to go along with the other charge that I was unaware of very very petty.
