Parking is $38+ per night to stay at the hotel, not included in cost of room. Breakfast was ok. Lots of maintenance issues visible. Rooms are clean but in disrepair. Peeling paint, ants in room, bathtub dirty, cracked bathroom tile and damage to wall paper. Staff was friendly. Air conditioning in room was not keeping up and very humid all night.

This was the worst hotel experience I have had in over 20 years. We arrived into our room that I assumed was recently mopped and just had water on the floor so I went to clean it up with tissue and it was, in fact, urine. There was hair and dirt all over the back of the toilet and in the bathtub. There was a ball of hair on the carpet on the floor. Absolute filth behind the TV and the inside of the refrigerator was covered in dirty old food/dried rice and condiments, etc. This hotel needs to refund us. We arrived back to our room after they promised to clean everything and walked out of the elevator to the entire floor smelling like marijuana which seeped into our room all night long. The breakfast attendant was great, other than that… I would give zero stars.

We had room 320 and i used this just as a place for two mid twenty’s girls to get ready for partying on broadway and to sleep at the end of the night. Here are the pros and cons: PROS 1. Comes with makeup wipes (good ones too), shampoo, conditioner, body wash, plenty of towels 2. SUPER comfy beds and very clean at that 3. Room was clean in general with a large full body mirror 4. BREAKFAST WAS AMAZING AT THE HOTEL 5. Harold at the front desk was very kind and wished a safe night of partying every night CONS 1. Toilet made a squeezing sound when flushed 2. Bathroom had no ventilation so the room was humid after day 2 due to the showers and it was obvious the room had humidity issues due to the bathroom wallpaper coming off 3. The shower curtain didn’t close properly 4. Parking for 3 nights was $150 because it’s not included. Overall we loved the room and everything I stated were so minor that we didn’t care. We will be coming back here on our next trip to Nashville.

Parking is way too expensive as a paying guest to the hotel. I spent almost $150 in parking for 4 evenings. If you are a paying customer to the hotel parking should be free. It’s ridiculous.

The staff were excellent, kind and helpful. The only complaint is we didn’t have any hand soap, shampoo and conditioner. We had our room cleaned and I mentioned it but it never got filled!
-
Would have been better with a microwave. Parking was over 40 dollars a day with tax.
-
Bed was comfortable, room was clean and the shower was great! I had to pay $42 for parking for ONE NIGHT even though I was a guest at the hotel.

Location The plumbing

Excessive pay for parking.

The hotel needs updating. The paint is peeling off the ceiling and it feels old. Paying almost 50 bucks to park after paying over 200 for one night was too much. Embassy Suites has free parking and open bar for an hour each evening. Then, not having a microwave was inconvenient.

Walkable to attractions and close to the Hop On/Hop Off trolly stop (#3). Good Italian restaurant across the street. Nice common area, which is where we spent most of our time instead of inside the rooms. Room was dated, carpet didn't seem clean, dirty windows, broken window shade, stains in the bathroom. Not what I expect from a Hilton/Hampton property. Price was also exceptionally high, but that was probably due to CMA festival in town while we were there.

A last minute, quick trip that was very pleasant! The free breakfast was so good, the location is excellent, parking lot was plenty of space. The staff was SO kind and welcoming. We will definitely stay there again in the future.
