Hotel Fraye Nashville, Curio Collection By Hilton

The pool was completely packed on Saturday, June 20th. That was the only down side of our stay at the hotel.

Let me tell you that the staff couldn’t have been any friendlier. The rooms are nice sized (we had two queen sized beds) but our ceiling looked like it was mid-replacement with concrete slabs. The shower and bath were very well appointed. I really liked the shampoo/conditioner/shower gel. The hotel is a bit dated. The pictures on the websites are definitely from when the hotel first opened and had seen little to no wear. We were really disappointed by the enormous and somewhat raucous crowd at the pool (which I also felt had seen better days). We were there for a few days and had similar experiences every day. Also, just know that It’s a good mile and a half to get downtown Broadway. Overall, we were underwhelmed.

This hotel was beautiful and the decor was great. The only problem is the valet parking was ridiculously expensive. Overall really good hotel.

Nice pool and poolside bar; excellent service; great room set up; had issues with the wifi but staff helped us out! Two issues were being charged an incorrect fee and still pending refund after 10 days and also valet was $10 more dollars than the hotel quoted us.

Exceptional

A special thank you to Tish, who went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. She regularly checked in with us through text messages to ensure all of our needs were met, and her attentiveness made us feel truly valued as guests. The amenities were top-notch. We especially enjoyed the beautiful pool area and the full gym, which was well-equipped and exceeded our expectations. We also had dinner at Gathre, and it was excellent. The food, atmosphere, and service made for a wonderful dining experience without ever having to leave the hotel. If you’re looking for a modern hotel with outstanding service, excellent amenities, and a prime location, Hotel Fraye is an easy choice. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay

The hotel far exceeded my family of 3. Front desk was incredibly kind, helpful and very professional. Pool area and workout facilities were top notch.

Big problem too far away from the main bars to walk in the heat or rain.

Everything was great. Staff was friendly

Central location-beautiful interior/design. Nothing I didn’t like. I just so happened to plan a trip when it was CMA fest (which I was unaware of) and the hotel price was on the very high end for one night.
