Omni Nashville Hotel

Great hotel, clean, perfectly situated to downtown Nashville entertainment. Staff friendly and professional and the room was comfortable. Only critiques are that the pool bar shuts down promptly at 6pm even on weekends and there is zero shade/umbrellas at the pool. The spa was great for a massage but the spa amenities are sparse for the price. Overall a very nice hotel and stay.

Pool and hotel bar staff very accommodating. Beautiful property. Well equipped gym. Close to Broadway and good dining options. Would stay again.

Great hotel and very nice! Prime location and amenities! There was a mix up while booking through the Expedia app, I put 50% down payment and was supposed to pay the rest upon check in. The Omni hotel said they did not get the payment so I had to pay full price, which I found out was actually over priced compared to a friend who booked straight through the hotel and got the same exact room next to me. After talking extensively with the staff there was nothing to be done on their end but they were able to get me a $100 credit to the room.

The property was beautiful and all the staff that we talked to was very helpful for anything we needed. I would most definately stay here again. We had a wonderful time. We could walk right ri everything downtown. Such a Funtime.

Great location, great restaurant options (we made it to Bob’s, Bongo and and Barlines). The room was comfortable clean and well appointed and the staff were helpful and friendly.

This is by far one of my favorite hotels. The staff is incredibly efficient and friendly. The hotel had great amenities, including several dining options. We were close to all the entertainment areas. We valeted the car and never needed it again until we left. Great trip!!

Amazing hotel. It’s close to all the action, beautiful property, great food and drinks. Pool is nice but get there early or you won’t get in!

Property had great amenities and everyone was very helpful. It’s not very modern with the USB-C chargers outlets not available and the hair dryer in the room was extremely old.

I would like to give a huge shout-out to Austin, the bartender in the main lobby bar. Having worked in the bar industry for over 12 years, I can honestly say he is one of the best, friendliest, and most attentive bartenders I have ever encountered. He truly made our last day memorable. After a series of delayed and canceled flights, we ended up staying much longer than anticipated, and Austin went above and beyond to make a stressful situation much more enjoyable. His exceptional customer service, positive attitude, and genuine hospitality did not go unnoticed. And thank you for the biscuits—I genuinely think they may have saved me! Austin is a real asset to your team, and I wanted to make sure his outstanding service was recognized. We will definitely be back and will be recommending the Omni to friends and family. ⭐ 5/5 experience. Thank you, Austin, for making a great stay even better!

The hotel was nice, but when you spend over $900 for a two night stay you expect to be able to use the pool. The pool was either shut down or at capacity and they would not allow you in.

The staff is extremely friendly.The place is beautiful.The pool was so nice, the cleanliness.The breakfast buffet was perfect.I gotta say, one of the nicest experiences.We've had, and i've stayed in nashville, five times always been good.This one was exceptional.The location is two blocks from bridgestone.We love that... Even worked out in the gym twice, one of the better gyms of hotels that i've previously stayed at this one was great Really don't have any constructive criticism.

We booked the Omni hotel for 3 nights with plans to use the pool and bar area each day. We were told the pool and bar areas were over capacity and would not allow us to enter the area. Very disappointed. To make things worse we were told we would be given a $100 food and beverage credit that was never applied to the bill. Hotel will not even answer phone to address the issues. Think twice about staying at this hotel in Nashville.
