We loved the room, staff, roof top pool and bar, exercise room, and restaurant. All was excellent.

Rooftop bar was dirty and when we sat at the bar we were never acknowledged so after 10 min we left and went to the lobby bar before dinner and was greeted by a rude blond lady bartender. Overall a disappointing experience for the price. We planned to have brunch but after the experience went elsewhere. On a positive note the valets were great

Clean, well-appointed room, friendly, helpful staff, great room-service food, and excellent vibe in the common spaces. Not a stuffy corporate hotel, but also not trying to be ‘hip’ in a disingenuous way. Great stay!

Location was great, staff was great and friendly Our first room , carpet was wet and moist throughout. Gave us another room , lost the view , shower had black hair in corner,counter in bath room had white substance in corners and very dusty … and one of the queen bed sheets had holes in it .

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. I lost my phone and credit card and informed the staff, yet I was forced to wait outside my room for three hours before being allowed to pay. Eventually, I found my items but was charged an extra $400, despite already paying $1,450 for the stay and over $2,000 on food and drinks. The staff treated me disrespectfully, making me feel like a criminal rather than a guest. I do not recommend this hotel

Beautiful hotel. Updated rooms, thoughtfully decorated. I utilized the spa which was very relaxing. Rooftop bar, pool & gym are the cherry on top!

Beautiful property. The staff were all very attentive . Loved the doormen who helped direct Uber's and made sure correct driver to passenger. ❤️
