SpringHill Suites by Marriott Nashville Vanderbilt/ West End

The bartender I believe his name was Lee (father of boys). He was also kind and welcoming while we had a drink at the bar. Everyone was amazing!! When we checked out there was another woman at the front. She was very sweet and made sure to check on our stay. Very family friendly!! Pool was perfect temperature. There were more than enough clean towels. Breakfast was fresh and yummy! Best pit stop we had! Thank you.

Check in was a breeze. Staff were kind. Parking garage was much bigger than expected. Beds were comfy. Room was cold but we didn't mind. Would stay again

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel room was nice, clean and it was a very quiet. would have liked if the breakfast had a waffle bar included, but other than that, it was good.

My wife and I were at the hotel for 10 days and nights. It was ample time to get to know the staff and enjoy the facilities. Everything was excellent. Hospitality, food, gym, swimming pool, laundry room, fantastic bed, large room, great breakfast. There was nothing that I can fault. It was a very pleasant hotel for our comfort and relaxed stay. There was nothing that I did not like.

I had a great stay at SpringHill Suites. The room was spacious, clean, and well laid out, with plenty of room to relax and work. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the mini-fridge and microwave. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and check-in was quick and easy. Breakfast was included and had a good variety of options. Overall, it was a very comfortable and convenient experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

This place is fabulous. The water pressure was great. The room was clean. The breakfast was great. I love that they lock the entrance and you have to use your key card to get in and out late at night. Parking was a little bit confusing, but it was a one time charge of less than $40 to go in and out as many times as you want. Was pretty close to the main strip. That being said Uber ride worthy versus walking. The staff was very helpful. and the breakfast was great. It was a tad bit expensive, but definitely worth it. Wish I could’ve stayed longer.

The breakfast bar was not as good as other Springfield Suites we have stayed at. We were put in a handicap room which we didn’t ask for. The extra room was nice. There was a $38 a day parking fee that we weren’t told about in advance. The lighting needs to be updated in the bathroom areas.
