TownePlace Suites by Marriott Nashville Airport

#1. I got a suite with a sofa bed that turned out to be a loveseat bed not big enough for an adult person #2. My husband was there when they brought out the so called breakfast and had to wait for the employees to get there food before he got his #3. When I got a blueberry muffin, it was still half frozen #4. They advertise a big buffet and it was only sausage links and scrambled eggs and frozen boiled eggs The only good thing was it was clean

The place was easy to find and staff was terrific. We checked in after 11:00pm but everyone treated us great.

Excellent experience! Room was very nice and very clean! Staff was wonderful and very helpful! Breakfast was very delicious!

I wasn't expecting much from an airport hotel but this place was very nice. Clean, quiet, with a good breakfast and really friendly staff.

Stayed here with my two dogs and was told there was going to be an incidental hold on my card, completely understandable. However, I was not informed of the $175 that was also charged. I’m assuming this was a pet fee but this was never told to me upfront which is resulting in my 2-star review. I specifically picked this hotel because it was pet friendly and I think that the fee is valuable information for those planning to stay. The room itself was good and clean. The breakfast was okay, not very many options.

I slept on the sofa couch and my body broke out with rashes on my arms,back, and face. I had to buy me some Benadryl and dial soap after I left for the rash to go away.

Property is dated. Close to airport so its loud. Not ideal for light sleepers. Bathroom is small and tight. Stove burners were rusty, need to be changed. Beds were comfortable but thats about it. Decent place to sleep for 2 nights.

Everything was clean, the location was not crowded. Overpriced for what you get. The Shower was a tub/shower combo unit. Not sure why these still exist in mid to higher priced rooms. The breakfast left alot to be desired, and was not staffed properly. The OJ machine ran out during breakfast, I asked if it could be refilled. The woman at the desk said sure I'll get someone on it. She asked a man to refill the machine, what neither of them realized was I overheard their conversation. The man said it's kinda late into breakfast I don't think we need to do that. The woman came back around the corner and told me they were working on it. Knowing they had no plans at all to refill the machine. If you don't want to refill it, say that or simply we are out of OJ at the moment. Either would have been fine. Don't lie and say they are working on it when you know better.

The staff were EXCEPTIONALLY friendly and helpful with a touch of humor, which was nice! They were accommodating and helpful with sightseeing opportunities in the area. One staff member even brought me a bottle of water when I was exercising one morning! Such a friendly staff. Breakfast was perfect ? healthy options, hot and cold, as well as neat, clean, and organized eating areas. Nice clean pool and pool area. Just one suggestion.... an oscillating fan in the exercise room would be a great addition.

I stayed in the two bedroom suite and it was very clean and spacious. The front desk staff was also very friendly. I would book this hotel again
