Ace Hotel Brooklyn

Room and bathroom were super clean and well-maintained. Hotel provided soap, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, as well as lots of towels, etc., and a hairdryer. In room fridge and mini bar, as well as bar in restaurants downstairs in the lobby. Great convenient location in Brooklyn close to the subway, restaurants, coffee, shops, etc. Rooms for a very quiet and beds were comfortable.

Room was amazing. staff was phenomenal and friendly. breakfast was delicious. didnt have time to check out the bar sadly. but overall a beautiful experience. definitely going back to ace when im back in nyc. was very sad to leave. thank you ace!

Comfy Stay

Best hotel in NYC!

It was hard to sit in the Lobby/bar area to have a drink. The hotel have a lot of guest that doesn't stay overnight at the hotel. We couldn't sit and have a drink after we checked in or the next day. They front desk receptionist was not really friendly. When asked them questions they hurry and try to rush you off.

Great location, friendly staffs.

99% excellent. One drawback...Their shampoo, conditioner, and soap bottles need to be labeled better. I ended up showering with the shampoo but, the silver lining was was it did smell so good. Still, I couldn't read the description on any of the three bottles.

I LOVED the Ace in Brooklyn. Loved the location, proximity to coffee shops and spots to eat. The rooms were spacious and the staff was incredibly nice. This was a great hotel experience without feeling stuffy, or uppity--cool factor was high, pretentiousness was low. My favorite combo. Thanks, Ace. Can't wait to come back.

I wish they had a sauna and Cold plunge otw pull make this place elite, also the gym could be better there’s not much lots of empty space. Other than that beautiful hotel and architecture.

We were there for 1 night for a concert at Barclays Center. Great location for that. The rooms were nice & service was very good.

I loved the coffee bar for breakfast every morning! Perfect way to start the busy Brooklyn day!
