Nice hotel, good location with a little spot to sit outside. Room felt generously sized for NYC and was very quiet at night.

Well located. Clean. Friendly staff Room was very tight. Width of the room was about 8 feet. Length of bed 7 ft leaving 1 foot to limbo under the tv in order to walk to the other side of the bed or window. There are no chairs to sit in or surfaces to open a computer on. The sound proofing is non existent. We were wakened at 5 AM by a telephone conversation in the next room , we could hear every word.

Everyone was very sweet. Even the person behind the reception desk, came around to open the door as I struggled with all the assets I had for work.

Clean rooms, accommodating staff and nice location

Property location was fantastic. Staff, cleanliness, restaurant and room were all better than expected.

The room is small but very cute, I had the balcony with the xl bed.. the bed doesn’t feel XL but they assured us that it is. But the balcony was a plus.

The hotel itself was beautiful. It was comfortable and it was everything that I was looking for the amenities were nice and the front staff was kind.

Great location and amazing staff! We specifically had the pleasure of dealing with Abdul and Edwin, both were so nice! Our room was perfect size for two people - decent sized balcony as well. Will definitely be coming back next time we’re in town.

The staff were very welcoming. The hotel was clean and in a great location for going to the Brooklyn Paramount. The room set-up . There was hardly any room between the end of the beds and the wall. The bathroom had a barn door, even though there seemed to be enough room for a regular door. It was super heavy - both of these may be rough for anyone with health issues. Also for some strange reason the shower wall was glass so that you could see someone taking a shower - this could be very uncomfortable depending on who was staying in the room with you - and so much light came through that it could easily wake up someone trying to sleep.

The staff is really friendly and very accommodating for the most part. I asked for a chair to be removed from my room that clearly had someone else’s bodily fluids on it, showed a pic to the front desk, and it wasn’t removed. I had to change rooms for AC and cleanliness issues. I’d say the general state of cleanliness isn’t very good. For a new hotel, it’s kind of falling apart.
