Love the staff ,they're very kind and welcoming. Nice people. The hotel was as promoted,no hidden fees or whatnot. Very clean. I will return.

The staff was super friendly, and everything was clean. The room was not comfortable at all. The bathroom was extremely small, and since I have a fear of confined spaces, it made me very uncomfortable. If I had known how small it was, I would not have booked this place. The location was also disappointing. If you walk a little further, there are much better areas, but the immediate surroundings of the hotel did not feel pleasant, and there were a lot of homeless people nearby. Finally, there is no elevator. We had heavy suitcases, and carrying them up the stairs was difficult and exhausting. The staff was very kind, and the property was clean, but overall the experience did not meet my expectations.

Great value for the price, the room was clean, didn’t see a single bug (big seller for me!!), and the staff was helpful and respectful. Great for solo travelers, the room had an air conditioner and provided a wonderful, central rest stop while spending most of the time adventuring around the city.

I like that it accommodates a parent and a child traveling together, with bunk beds. The people were also very friendly and accommodating. I did find rubber bands inside the sheets which made me wonder whether they even change the sheets honestly.
