Courtyard by Marriott New York Manhattan/Times Square

The toilet has to be the loudest flushing toilet I’ve ever heard!!! My daughter asked me not to flush at night if I didn’t have to!! And I was also able to hear the next room’s toilet flush!! The staff was mostly helpful-however on checkout day we were one minute after 12 getting to the room to get our luggage. I stopped at the desk to ask if we could have a couple minutes-she said that was fine but didn’t mention we’d need a new card. So I went all the way up to the room to find out we couldn’t get in at all & I had to go back down—just a little frustrating.

Staff were extremely friendly, room was incredibly humid and there was takeout and half eaten pizza boxes outside the room on the floor.

Perfect location to access Times Square and subway for other activities. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time. Very beautiful. I don't received mend adding breakfast to your room. I ended up not using it every day and it was not worth the price. They only offered Coffe and got tea to drink, and I don't drink those. There needs to be a choice for people who don't drink those do to religious chooses.

Excellent location but room smelled and AC was loud.

The staff was unfriendly; they didn't explain anything ; I had to ask everything myself. ( about parking, breakfast, check out) There was no shower gel in the room., the bottle was empty. The view from the window was terrible, there was a huge fan downstairs making noise, and the refrigerator was very loud. I ordered yogurt with granola from the hotel menu for breakfast, but it was out.

Friendly staff, housekeeping was great and did a good job cleaning our room daily and made sure to keep towels and toiletries stocked

We had a room with 2 double beds the room was not huge but it was always clean and it was a great location. The staff was so friendly!

Hotel was great. Even with a GIANT group checking in, seemed like it flowed well. 24hr cvs across the street, small seating area 100 ft away with tables and chairs in the middle of Broadway and Joes pizza within a stones throw. Excellent for a traveler that isn’t going to be in the room all day. Room was great. Isn’t a luxury stay but beds were comfy, lots of on tv streaming options and the curtains block out any semblance of light. Also the valet may be cheaper than most parking options in the area for 24 hours!

The was not as clean as you thought it should be. The bed is very saggy and you will feel pain in the morning. Bedbug is an issue here. The staff was not helpful with the parking. Metropolis parking is the highest charge ever( tax, service, and side charge extra beside the parking fee. )

The room view was absolutely zero view . I was looking at walls from all angles.
