The Room was very good it was clean but a little too small The elevators were an issue. to get to the room we had to wait on line to get to our room

Room was cleaned daily. The only issue was I was charged a fee that I have no receipt for!

Location, quiet, clean room. Cool side view of Times Square The tv wasn’t hooked up and I had to figure that out. Very basic, cookie cutter place.

Location was great and the staff were friendly. Housekeeping was really abysmal. They never cleaned our room properly. The trash was never cleared and I couldn’t believe how poorly they made the beds and cleaned the room. Little to no effort. They had clearly come into the room since they had put new towels and done something to the bed but it was shocking.

I had a very nice stay at this hotel. It’s a perfect location for restaurants and theater and Times Square.I would recommend it any day.

Staff was very friendly and professional and i was able to check in early with an upgrade. The hotel is conveniently located in Times Square and Broadway. Whole Foods is on the corner and the room has a microwave and a refrigerator.

Could not get housekeeping to service room even when asked. Complementary coffee was not available/ they ran out early and didn’t make more unless they were asked.

The front desk receptionist is incredibly helpful, and the hotel is spotless.

It was a nice stay. The room didn't have a traditional closet but that was minor.

It is located in a perfect area surrounded by lots of choices to eat.

It has a great location at the Center of Mid Town, with easy access to all metro lines whithin the same block; and also bus stops for public transportation and big bus. Also, you can walk easily to many attractions, specially around Times Squares

Room was very clean and the staff was very friendly.

Hotel was safe and required keycard access. Staff was quick, attentive, and personable. Shower floor was not slanted enough and water would flow onto the bathroom floor when showering. Sink water pressure was non-existent. Trash (plastic bags, lighters, tissues, etc.) was left from previous guest in drawers and behind bed. The sheets, bathroom, and wardrobe were otherwise clean.

Was a great stay, we got free upgrade to king bed with a view. Room was nice and clean.
