Courtyard New York Manhattan/Times Square West

Great stay

This was my second trip with Marriott Bonvoy and staying at their hotels. Each visit exceeded my expectations. I appreciated the staff going the extra mile to help me with my questions and getting me a private car a service offered in New York) to get to the airport. I also liked that I could do my laundry while staying there, such an added bonus. I would highly recommend staying at Marriott Bonvoy hotels, you will love it!

Most pleasant stay, great location, room looked brand new, king size bed very comfortable, accommodated my service animals with no issues, shower had great pressure and hot water immediately. Elevators were quick. Lobby inviting and pleasant. Nothing good have been better, will stay again when in NYC.

The mattress and one of the pillows were very comfortable. I had a good night sleep. The surrounding of the property is not very nice. It’s a very basic facility that provides no additional service whatsoever. I couldn’t even find a single cup in the room. The staff at the front desk were not friendly or helpful. The person in charge of luggage was the most friendly person there.

I liked that it was closed to Time Square and subway. My room was small for the price that was paid.

Location is good .

The view from the room!! We could see the Edge! Very friendly staff, luggage storage, were able to do earlier check in. Wish the street was cleaner with less trash but it’s NYC, so no high expectations!

The property was in a great location, close to amenities, restaurants, etc. The staff was friendly and great to work with. The hotel was clean and compared to other hotels I have stayed at in NY, the bedrooms were larger and more spacious, which was nice.

We often stay at this Courtyard Marriott as it’s a comfortable hotel and just a short walk from Penn Station.

Rooms are very bright!
