Cleaned $ good location. Waiting too long for the elevators.

Property is in a great location and the rooms are in good shape.

Great location with friendly and helpful staff. There’s a convenience store nearby and it’s within walking distance to the subway station. The air conditioning can be a bit noisy, and you can still hear street noise even from the 30th floor.
-
Excellent FIDI location for the NY Knicks "Canyon of hero's" championship parade. Excellent for Statue of Liberty, Wall Street, Governor's Island and the Seaport. Area is bustling during the day but nicely quiet at night but still with plenty of bars and restaurants and other late night shopping. Only 3 rather small elevators for the 44 story building. Could wait for an elevator for 15 minutes during check-in or check-out time.

If you want to stay downtown, this is a great location. Hilton properties are always great and we had a wonderful stay.
-
When busey the elevators may take longer than usual, plan for small delays during checkout times.

The hotel was fine but be careful, the price I was billed was much higher than the price I booked on booking.com. It took a lot of money to get my money back

I liked the position, very close to metro station in a very nice area The hotel needs renewal either in the rooms or in common parts. The breakfast is minimal.
