Great staff and location to the subways

Beautiful room! Very clean & quiet . Perfect place to get away for whatever your occasion is!

The property was good however, information about parking was and a comp ticket was misleading causing me to spend $55 at a parking lot across from the hotel for 20 minutes. When i gave the information to the staff twice with copies of the bill to the hotel staff first it was denial to what was told earlier in regards to the comp ticket , afterwards i was told by the staff rep he would contact the parking garage personnel to either receive a discount or receive a full refund unfortunately after providing information and a copy of the receipt again , no one got back to me to explain anything. Instead $55 was spent with no reason why i was lied to.

Very comfortable room and bed, location was perfect for where I wanted to be via nearby subway. The staff were very kind. I would definitely refer to this location to friends who wish to visit.

The room phone wasn't working, and the QR code on the TV was invalid. The room wasn't very tidy; there were stains on the curtains, loose ceiling fixtures, and dust on the AC. However, the view was great, and the staff were welcoming and helpful.

Great location in the Financial District opposite Staten Island Ferry. Easy access to subway to Uptown. Useful laundry facilities. Bars & restaurants near hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the front desk received my food delivery and helped me with extra sugar and cups. The rooms are smallish but clean. I did have an issue with the shower and the water temperature (mostly hot) but nothing to ruin my travel plans. This area is definitely on the quieter side of the city.

The AC units were not very good. They also would reset every 6 hours to 76 degrees.....

Loved my stay. Always a good time.

We chose this location because of the location. Super convenient to all the subway stations. We didn't really stay at the property much as we are out most part of the day and came back to sleep. There is no breakfast provided.

Excellent staff and room. Air conditioner was loud.

Everything was as expected except the bathroom door is a barn style door that refused to stay closed. Slid itself ooen every time and there was no latch. Ended up jamming a towel under it so it stayed. Everything else was good and clean.

Our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn was perfect. The room was clean and the staff was super helpful and friendly.

It was good experience

The only thing I was upset with our hotel is that the tub wouldn’t drain while showering so when we took a shower the tub was filled with water up to our ankles and had to wait until it drained for the next person to shower

Solid stay. Knew it would be consistent and clean. Easy to travel from. Would recommend for a work or solo trip!
