Embassy Suites by Hilton New York Manhattan Times Square

A real respite in a busy city! This hotel is centrally placed for everything. The breakfast could get a bit crowded but the food was good and wide variety. We appreciated the nightly receptions too. Two free drinks and snacks which is a great deal. The bed was very comfy and all the staff were friendly and eager to help.

I was not thrilled about the hotel not actually being in Times Square, it was close but not in the heart. Also the curtains did not fully keep the light out so at 5 in the morning the room was completely lit up and made it hard to sleep.

Hotel was magnificent. Service was great, hotel was clean and the amenities were wonderful. Free drink tickets, happy hour, and a credit at the bar. They even had my favorite wine which is a very hard find! The location was perfect too! I will absolutely return here!

Thus stay cane with many perks with a good selection for breakfast, the cocktail hour was ok but free. Also the staff was accommodating to our needs. Will definitely book again.

The location was great and staff was friendly but gave no instructions on elevator and breakfast. We had to figure it all out. Not enough phone plugs and the outlets wouldn’t hold a regular plug

Rooms were nice and comfortable, staff was always helpful. Good location. Breakfast room was way too small for the size of the hotel.

If you want your NYC stay to be near Times Square, this is the perfect spot to be. But also very walkable to other areas. The staff was really great as well. We needed extra towels and they brought some up very quickly. Amongst other quick services. N/A

I loved the room, specially because is no carpet on it and how we can dim the lights! Restroom was big and comfortable and the breakfast was really good!

Everything was good but room 1808 which I had with my wife , the air conditioning was very poor it needs to be look at
